The cancer rates are increasing among those who consume high amounts of sugar and carbohydrates, such as in vegan diets. This includes prominent figures like King Charles and Princess Kate. Personally, I opt solely for unprocessed meat, as statistical data indicates a correlation between the consumption of sugar and carbohydrates and the rise in cancer rates
Keep in mind that the algorithm biases certain topics. So it may seems that every young person gets cancer lately but that isnt true but it seems so because you are probably in a loop of cancer videos. The diagnosis and treatment for cancer is better than ever. Just want to make you hope that its maybe not as bad as it seems (dont want to play it down) but it can be terrifiying seeing so many people getting this diagnosis. Wish you the best.
I'm french one of my best friend, had in 2004 awful headaches, after one months, she had IRM and so on and she was diagnosed with a lung cancer that spread to her brain. She had an operation, and radio for the brain, and a chemo ( carboplatine and taxol), 20 years after she's still alive ! So don't lose hope if you have a good care for operation and treatment, you'll succeed to get over this
Wow, minus the radiation, that's the exact chemo combo I had 20 years ago for ovarian cancer! Still cancer free today! I understand why radiation is part, chemo doesn't pass thru the blood brain barrier. So many are cured!! Chris, you will beat this!
I got cancer. I watched a bunch of NDE videos, and was okay with the worst after that. However, I was healed and am a 1.5 year survivor. Miracles are available. I'm praying for you in the name of Jesus.
Amen! Praise God! Thank you for sharing your testimony. God is real, Jesus is the only way, no matter what the outcome is going to be, we are all approaching the inevitable, and only Jesus, who is God in flesh has died for us so we could inherit eternal life.
So sorry to hear this. I was diagnosed with Oesophageal and bone cancer last May. I was diagnosed with Terminal stage 4. I was not expected to survive Christmas '23. My thoughts are with you my friend. Stay strong and fight on.
I'm so sorry to read about this - There was a RUclipsr called BioHazard Girl, he name was Christine, her videos are still here on RUclips, she has the exact same cancer as you, and she had the best attitude towards it all... Maybe she'd help you too. Wishing you all the best ♥ www.youtube.com/@biohazardgirl7465
@@ThePhotoDept Seek the work of Joe Dispenza and you will be completely cancer free 2 or 3 years from today. I will bet anything on that if you buy into the program.

Also flavonoids like Apigenin and Luteolin, pqq, detox, and eat organic, especially cruciferous vegetables, avoid sugar and glutamine if possible, ask for prayers because you will receive peace that is beyond your comprehension. The flavonoids in organic fruits like lemon and mandarin peels seeped at 200° for 3 hrs addresses 4 things that are precursors to cancer 1. Blood pressure 2. Blood sugar 3. Inflammation 4. Overweight, and also shrinks tumors, I found this on "Biblical Nutrition" channel.
My mom survived cancer twice in the last 20 years. She's still alive and walking the earth. My dad wasn't so lucky. Be conscious of reality but don't loose hope. I'll donate towards your treatment after payday. Hang in there
I was diagnosed with stage 3b colon cancer in 2018. I had the recommended treatments, surgery, chemo and radiation, and I'm now 5 1/2 years clear. Hang in there, stay positive, listen to your doctors. You can do this. ♥
So sorry to hear this... here are a few things I learned working as a financial analyst for a hospital system. Medical Bills in the US are negotiable. Pick apart the bill and communicate issues to the hospital, they will lower the price if there is an error (there is always an error). See if you qualify for charity care (every hospital has to offer this). See if you qualify for Medicaid. If your cancer is rare you may qualify for free treatment at the National Institute of Health. Do not let fear of debt get in the way of treatment. Wishing you a speedy recovery!
Good advice. Most hospitals have social worker's who know about grants etc. Big churches are also a good place to look for help. I'll be praying for you Chris. I am a 20 year cancer survivor. It's no longer a death sentence. 💙
Tell this to the Canadians who know nothing about our medical system and how the US spends more money per capita on their citizens healthcare than any other country. We don't even have to pre-pay in taxes for supbar services and wait months to see a doctor.
I echo the above comments, the top comment needs so many more likes. I manage insurance contracts at a federally qualified health center (FQHC). A federally designated health center whose purpose it is to not only deliver primary care to Medicaid, Medicare, and uninsured patients, but provide resources for essentially all aspects of life to those that need them. In this case they could help with determining Medicaid eligibility, navigating insurance, helping with sliding fee scale eligibility which can provide little to no cost care, an affordable primary care doc, a care management team who might be able to assist with the chronic care management of this, and really anything else. An FQHC that has an outreach and enrollment team or care management team could connect you to resources at the health center or beyond. There also exist safety net hospitals who could provide hospital care that function similarly in terms of who they’re made to deliver care to, but of course the best help would be what the commenter above is saying. The quality of care provided by FQHCs and Safety Net Hospitals can wildly vary, some being as good as a normal health center or hospital, others being abysmal. But hopefully this information, in conjunction with the other comments, can at least provide an option that will help you better navigate the criminally confusing US healthcare system and get the care you need. There are so many resources out there for folks to utilize, the US just does a horrible job at telling people they exist. I sincerely wish you all the best.
@@KmusikOne Apparently, YOU don't know anything about our healthcare system, either! The fact that the US spends more than any other country on its citizens' healthcare is NOT the flex/brag that you think it is. Why? Because we're STILL unhealthier than the Canadians despite all of that spending and their wait times! Did it ever occur to you that we spend so much precisely BECAUSE our citizens are so unhealthy? Our citizens are so unhealthy because SO many people cannot afford preventative care and medications, so small problems become BIG problems that require BIG spending. Slightly elevated blood pressure that goes untreated turns into severe hypertension, which causes kidney failure and strokes, which forces people to show up in the ER one day needing critical care that MUST be provided; if they have no insurance, or are unemployed, it just might be YOU paying for that critical care. And when hospitals aren't fully reimbursed by the government (which they often aren't), that gets passed on to YOU in the form of raised costs for hospital services. THAT'S where America's spending goes. Lastly, we don't wait months to see a doctor in the US because SO many our nearly 400 million fellow citizens simply can't see a doctor, which frees up access for those of us who can. Look at this guy, who can't schedule an appointment with a doctor because he has no insurance. THAT'S why we can get sooner appointments. That's not something to be proud of. You also say Canadians "pre-pay in taxes" as if YOU aren't *after-paying* for people's astronomical critical care costs. In America, you're going to pay your OWN enormous bills, as well as the bills of many other people. In Canada, you "pre-pay" a reasonable, predictable amount in taxes, in exchange for no out-of-pocket costs for services that you WILL one day use yourself. If America's system made us healthier, you would have a point, but our health outcomes are inferior to Canada's despite America theoretically having the best healthcare in the world.
Im diagnos this month too march 5, 2024 Stage 4 Breast cancer that metastasized in my bone and lungs and also have a medium tumor to my liver as well... Madness how someone can get cancer and the most stressful part of it is dealing with hospital costs/debt. Sorry to hear dude I hope you make a speedy recovery and all goes well.
@@Aperson-f2ewhile I agree with what you said, it's not better elsewhere. May be cheaper but they means worse healthcare facilities and equipment and doctors. Unfortunately the cost in the US is unrealistic however the US has some of the best specialists and medical equipment in the entire world. Many people from all over the world come to the US for treatment and care.
He can enroll through Obamacare and get on a subsidized, affordable plan based on his income that will cover him without bankrupting him. I know because I’m on it.
@DementiaDon 70% of all medical patents, EVER, were filed in the U.S. No country on earth is comparable. It's easy and cheap to get health insurance in 2024, but you have to show some personal responsibility and sign up for it. I pay $28 a month for decent insurance, and I'm neither destitute nor rich.
The algorithm led me to this video, the first of your videos that I’ve watched. I perked up when you said you are receiving care at Froedtert. I have a lot of friends that work at Froedtert (ER doc, renal pathologist, orthopedics). If you need any help at some point, please let me know. I would be happy to contact them on your behalf.
There is another channel Ollie talks airsoft. He was diagnosed with cancer stage 4 bowel cancer 3 months ago. I hope you two can connect if fate allows.
Well, I don’t know whether this helps or not. I am a physician specialized in pulmonary and respiratory medicine based in Taiwan. Feel free to contact me if you need any professional advice or when you got your pathology report. Even though you might not have health insurance in Taiwan, I would say everything is much cheaper and more efficient in Taiwan under self pay condition and having the similar regimen of therapy. There are multiple available target therapy drugs on market that provide sufficient effect again terminal lung cancer with brain metastasis. Never give up, buddy!
Your channel came up for first time for me today. I’m SO sorry to hear your prognosis. The road ahead will have its up and down; and will be uncertain. Fight it with everything you’ve got. Wishing you all the support.
Sorry to hear of your diagnosis, bizarrely this came up in my RUclips algorithm and its the first time I have came across your channel. I hope you make a swift and full recovery. The American health system sucks.
Coming from a small European country with messed up health system, hearing your struggles to pay for treatment and seeking insurance, really makes me feel better about our system. I don't know you, I don't know why RUclips recommended me this video but I wish you the best and I'm sure you will get through this! Fuck cancer!
I got appendicitis in Romania, and even though I don't live there (I am from there), I got surgery and was in the hospital for 2.5 days for $1000. In America it would have been $30,000+ out of pocket, and still thousands even with insurance. American greed is the reason. Pure capitalism is the reason. Republican policies (or non-policies) are the reason.
@@auralplex Yup, you gotta wonder if Republicans even go the doctor when they feel something might be seriously wrong or they just ride it out like covid, dying young for no reason at all. My friend here in Canada just beat prostate cancer at 75, he was in/out probably 50-100 times..multiple chemi, infetions, opiates for pain, I can't imagine if he had to raise money from the public. He doesn't have a youtube channel.
@@stoneneilsThose politicians get looked after very nicely, thank you very much. Probably have an entitlement by the government or, heck, just pay for it. They're not poor.
Not sure this is the best forum to say that his struggles make you feel better about your national health system. If you see a starving man, would you say to his face that seeing him makes you feel better about your meals? Let’s keep the focus on him and keep it positive.
@auralplex not capitalism, crony capitalism, hospitals collude with insurance and governments. They know they're getting paid whether it's 500 or 5000 so why would they make it less?
I sweaaaar every young person is getting cancer. It is wild man. I wish you the best. When I was growing up young people never were getting cancer like this. Screw the debt man. Money does not matter... you go hard and rack that debt up if you need to.
Though my work i have many seniors as clients. One said after his last poke which made him super sick he suddenly was diagnosed with athritis and bladder cancer. He said he knows 2 other niegbors who also suddenly have bladder cancer.@LilyGazou
So sorry to hear this. As a Canadian, I find it shocking how your first concerns have to be paying for treatment. A, rich, modern society should not operate this way.
@@Cekatu American healthcare is world-class, and 70% of medical patents, ever, came out of the U.S. It's not hard to get insurance through work/Healthcare(dot)gov, Medicare, etc, but so many people under 40 don't do as they should and carry insurance because they don't think or care about it.
The healthcare system in Canada is garbage, that’s why thousands of patients come to the United States each month for treatment at facilities like MD Anderson, The Mayo Clinic, and Cleveland Clinic.

I went through a leukaemia diagnosis NYE 2021 so understand the fear you’re going through. My best advice is never google anything, everyone’s case is different and unique - don’t let your mind create scenarios that haven’t or may never happen. I am a cancer patient too! Just want to let you know to overcome this disease. ‘Positive’ is the key ❤ I wish your treatment goes well and you will be fine x Trust me !
Ask your provider to connect you to an oncology social worker. A social worker can help you navigate the system and find benefits for which you may qualify.
I am on the other side of colon cancer chemo here in Australia. All my medical was free ,only paid for the actual tablets I don't understand your system there. In a month I had Colonscopy, pet scan ,ct scan, iron infusion and surgery. Wish you were here
@solveeasy2056 yeah but she didn't have to bankrupt herself to try and pay. We pay so damn much in taxes in America and nothing resembling health care to show for it is absurd.
My first time on your channel. I am praying for you, sir. It is insane how outrageously expensive healthcare is in the U.S. Happy belated Birthday, Chris. I will donate what I can. 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽❤❤❤
Once his insurance starts in April, it will cost him very little, out of pocket. Usually it is a maximum amount per year and above that everything is free. I have first hand experience. My annual maximum out of pocket cost for all my healthcare, surgeries, and intensive care hospital stays with an average policy from the government marketplace was affordable. Employer insurance is usually even better. So he need not worry or rely on gofundme for insurance related costs.
Video was just popped up to RUclips main tab and I am shocked. I'm very sorry to learn this Chris, especially when you are so young! I hope at the end everything will turn out to be alright and you will 'ring the bell' of cancer free!
If it has spread to the brain, then it is likely he has stage 4 lung cancer. It is so hard to overcome. For anyone curious, here are stats as of 2023. The 5-year survival rate for those under 50 is about 14%. This means that only 1 in every 7 lives 5 years. Also, keep in mind that number is the average for young men and women. So it is actually inflated by the women, as men have far poorer outcomes comparatively. So, the chance of survival is lower. Edit: morally grandstanding because you're angry about the stats isn't kindness it is just keeping your head in the sand. Which helps no one.
@@Kage-jk4pjthis was a horrible comment to leave here where he can read it. Some encouragement would be better. People can go read about statistics elsewhere. I’m not even the one with cancer and this was a real hope stealing comment. Have you ever had a life threatening illness?

Hi Chris, I can't even begin to imagine how scary your world is right now. I was happy to see so many people have already donated to you so generously. I wasn't able to give you much, but I want to let you know I'm pulling for you. Keep fighting, much love.
Im sorry your going through this. I can’t imagine how difficult this is. I’m in Canada where everyone has healthcare, I will never understand why the US ( wealthiest nation in the world ) doesn’t cover medical for its citizens. I hope you can get the treatment you need ❤
Hi, this is the only video I’ve seen, so I really don’t know you but you just touched my heart being so natural and candid as you say ❤. I live in Switzerland where we pay a great amount of money every month for our health insurance. But then, in your case, we would have an immediate appointment with the right spécialist and also the necessary surgery as soon as possible, whatever the cost. So I immediately went to your go fund me to do my part and I’ve been so glad to see that others did the same to help you after this terrible and unexpected shock you had at the ER. Wishing you the BEST and tell us about your fight … if you wish ❤
Radiation is your best bet for your lungs and brain. Most don’t have bad effects from the radiation. Usually it’s fatigue. And you could set your radiation treatment could be set up for like Friday after work and recoup over the weekend. I am a cancer warrior going on 4 years. And mine had metastasized to the chest, lungs, lymph nodes and then the brain. Mine in the tumor in the brain was in the left front. With perfect edges so they did surgery and radiation 3 treatments. My cancer hasn’t taken me down I continue to work. Always look for the positive. Best wishes that you can find financial support and a clear picture of what your diagnosis is.
The insurance situation in this country is disgraceful. It’s hard enough to find out you have a serious disease without worrying about whether you will be able to pay for treatment. I retired in 2019 and went on Medicare. I was incredibly lucky that I chose original Medicare and Supplement G because before the next enrollment period I found out I had cancer. Now I will no longer be able to change my insurance but at least I already had selected the best possible for my current situation. Medicare is the kind of insurance everyone should have. In four years of cancer treatments I haven’t paid anything out of pocket. It is just unacceptable for someone to not be able to receive the treatment they so desperately need unless they have money. I hope you can resolve your insurance issues and start treatment soon and also that you will have a complete recovery.
I just stumbled on this video by chance. I know it’s not the time or place to say this but the fact immediate health care for a person critically in need of it is basically behind a paywall angers and saddens me deeply. I truly wish things will change for everyone out there experiencing this. I wish you all the best. And I just want to say, get the care you need, worry about money and debt later. Your live is worth it for you and the people around you. One problem at a time. Stay strong ❤

Yes but its based on income and tho they cannot deny you it can still be expensive. Unfortunately he will have to get a diagnoses and if its stage 4 or considered terminal he can get on disability and get health care insurance provided to him that way. Affordable care act sucks unless you are poverty or close to it. If you are middle class the monthly premiums can still be very expensive with a lot of outta pocket expenses. Welcome to the United States Of America! Where we have $800 billion a year budget for the military but good healthcare is a privilege.

Of course you’re overwhelmed. But you are going to be surprised how many helpful professionals there will be on your journey. Demand honesty. Ask for benefits vs risks every step of the way. i'm sorry this is happening. I reviewed the comments and believe they have given sage advice: check out Obamacare, speak to a social worker, and do the thing despite the potential debt. Take care and wish you a speedy recovery. You are very brave! Asking for help is key.

I am so sorry. I’ve never seen your channel before but you popped up today. I know how devastating, frightening, and life changing this is. You are handling it well. I was recently diagnosed with breast cancer, and it was the shock of my life. It’s going to take awhile to come to terms with your cancer. I believe in you, and will be following you. Hang in there. Sending positive energy your way.
So scary. Hang in there, hon. Slow down, hold your loved ones close, breathe. From one cancer survivor to a future other one, blessing on you. My advice (when advice is usually unhelpful) bring your partner with you to appointments to record it / take notes, and drink water. Lots of water. Water is good. For everything.
Jimmy Carter had a brain tumor and was able to receive an immunotherapy drug called Keytruda, and his success with that treatment is worth noting. Cancer is one of the most studied diseases and there is a protocol for each case and type, but there is always a treatment. As far as timing and waiting, yeah that can be upsetting but honestly it might take some time anyway to get all the tests done and treatment plan in place so be easy on yourself and don’t react, take long walks, work on your stress. How do I know .. I’m sharing bc I’ve been there since 2017, and I’m going to thank you bc your show on YT and others helped me. I’ll pray for you.

FYI, if he has a job where he has health insurance through his job (it just isn't active yet), he makes too much to qualify for Medicaid.
Hold on, man ! Greetings and best wishes from Central Europe !

Once his insurance starts in April, it will cost him very little, out of pocket. Usually it is a maximum amount per year and above that everything is free. I have first hand experience. My annual maximum out of pocket cost for all my healthcare, surgeries, and intensive care hospital stays with an average policy from the government marketplace was affordable. you will overcome this obstacle and you'll live your life to its fullest potential. Stay strong young man.

Speak for yourself. I am happy with my employer provided insurance.

Unfathomable Chris, I am so sorry to hear. Contributed and sending you strength and support.
I'm so very sorry. Your video just came through my feed, so this is my first time watching. If everyone would watch your video"s and pump the views up, that would be some income. I will be praying for you.
Just happened upon your channel. I want to say you are not alone. I will keep you in my prayers and wish you all the best.
Really impressed with your poise. I can't imagine dealing with something like this. I'll support how I can and will check in regularly on where things stand.
Damn, no me gusta. Hang in there buddy, let me know if you need anything AT ALL WHATSOEVER. Sorry for text-screaming - i hope everything gets easier from here 🙏
Best wishes to you for the future. Makes me grateful to be here in England where you don’t have to pay for medical treatment. I can’t imagine how awful that must be worrying about money at a time like this. Hope things work out ok.
Yes it is a wrong System in the USA
He should have had insurance like everyone else. He obtained it now, and so will be covered for his healthcare.
Dude push for clinical trial. My mom had exact same way of finding out - left side of body seizures/spasm. Lesions on brain. Stage 4 lung…had amazing success with Durvalumab.
God bless you! You are young and advances in medicine are phenomenal today. You can fight this an win!
Same man I have cancer too I’ll see you on the other side hopefully not soon. Hope you beat it. It’s too late for me
Oh man. Chris I am so sorry. Here for you if you need anything. You’ll get this sorted. ♥️
I have stage IV ALK+ lung cancer and can relate to you. You will get through this, just take it a step at a time. If you need support and want to talk please let me know. If you can get a genetic test it will tell you if you are ALK+. If you are there are a lot of options out there for treatment and it becomes less terminal. There is also a lot of support online for people with lung cancer. (and lung cancer tends to travel to the brain so it doesn't surprise me.)
If ALK genetic test negative then still lung cancer with ALK positive ?
@@Endahsusi-d1s no... you need a positive result on the genetic test for ALK or EGFR.
ALK+ is still lung cancer, but its easier to treat.
So sorry to hear this. I'm crossing all fingers and toes and hoping for the best🤞🏻 Hang in there!
So sorry to hear this. Shocking and traumatizing. I believe your GoFundMe will raise the money you need to get the best treatment. Keep updating here as people really care and want to support you! Sending you lots of prayers, love and light.❤
So sorry on your diagnosis. Prayers.
Oh no! I’m so sorry that you’re having to navigate this in general and without active insurance. I can’t imagine how stressful this must be. Wishing the best to you and yours, man.
Really hoping you get well soon! Keep on keeping on! My Aunty had brain tumours and she kicked arse for an almost extra 20 years.
I love you, man
I'm so sorry you're going through this, man. I pray that you turn to Christ in these vulnerable moments... For peace and salvation. As we are all finite beings will an inevitable and eternal destination. There is always hope in the scope of eternity. And you know what... 2024 can still be a giant upswing for you! Keep being a voice for those who are going through what you're going through. God bless you.
Brave of you for sharing, sending positive thoughts and love your way.
I am so sorry to hear this!!! I will keep you in my prayers.🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾
Holy cow man best of luck with your treatment🙏🏻
I’m so sorry… my fiancé had a large brain tumour removed about one month ago. I hope everything works out and you beat this horrible disease ❤
Wishing you all the best. I was stage 3b lung cancer in 2021. It had not spread. I had an upper left lobectomy with chemo and radiation. So far, so good. Under surveillance currently. Ended up losing my job. But life goes on. Stay positive. Immunotherapy sounds promising today. Greetings from the 920!
Are you jabbed?
Its sad to see the cancer numbers sky rocketing this year, i've never watched none of your content but this video showed up on my main page, all the best, do not give up, and fight it with everything you have
Every time I hear a story like yours (cancer, no insurance, etc.) I go berserk. I am American but live in France, and everything here would be covered under social healthcare - including rides to and from the hospital.
Also here in Germany. Everybody has a health insurence for free.
@@MYT-IxeNope. You pay for it in taxes.
@@KmusikOne No fucking shit
@@KmusikOneBut you don't go bankrupt like in the US. It sucks living in the US.
@@thundergato84 Sucks living anywhere with half a brain.
Donating now. Very tough to hear. Thanks for being brave and putting this out there.
All these young ppl getting sick it's so sad. I really hope your okay . I'm so sorry
My heart is breaking to see so many wonderful people getting cancer. Sending all my love😢❤️
That's just not right.
I hope, you get the help you need fast.
I wish I could help out myself, but I'm stuck on a limited income after 16 years of dealing with the consequences of severe illness, that took years to treat and left me unable to work more than 15 hours per week.
Illness is scary and for some of us life altering, but keep fighting no matter what!
i feel like this is happening way to often. my brother, i relate to you on every level. i was diagnosed back in december with cholangiocarcinoma. after the last 20 years of what ive been through health wise, i never thought id see the day were i would say the C word about myself. all i can say to you is surround yourself with a support team, do what makes you happy and dont look back. just fight as best you can, thats all ive been doing. i make is my best effort to do something everyday, not care about the small things and cherish every moment. im sending you all my love man, im here if you need to reach out and talk and get stuff of your chest, always man, always here.
Oh dude, the amount of young people getting serious cancer is WILD. There are so many youtubers even that have it... its very odd
@@CCitis absolutely bizarre, it’s blown my mind how many photographers have either had cancer of recent or a just being diagnosed. I don’t get it
It’s the terrible food that we eat. Processed foods and highly processed foods are bad for you but new enough that no one knows the long term health issues. Compounded by all the pesticides in our foods as well that again no one knows what the long term health issues will be and now you had PFAS in almost all drinking water and food which is known to cause cancer and you have a recipe for disaster.
Our healthcare system is so fucked - I'm sorry you're going through this.
Do reach out to your employer to see if the insurance coverage process can be expedited. Also look into the ACA to see if you can get any support there.
It's all shit, but I'm wishing you the best.
