Beautiful! I love how you captured the sheer, yellow and light green, when the leaves of the trees have just come out 😍 I now realize you visited NY in autumn 😂… Well, obviously the leaves start light and end light..❤️
Awesome sketching from my point of view. In temperate climates the Spring and Autumn days are terrific. Autumn here for me but natures colours are impressive everywhere.
Wow Becky this sketchbook is outstanding! My favorite so far if I had to pick one but I love them all. The color palette in this one is so lovely. It is nice to look back at your earlier work of art journaling sketchbooks and see how you progressed over the years. I love your work. ❤
I love looking at other people's sketchbooks! Your art certainly brings the memories to life. What a wonderful idea... I drew a memory today: a big old rotten hollow tree that was cut down on the horse ranch I go to.nit was huge, a big old oak. Almost the entire inside was hollow.. You can see right through it from the top to the bottom... The tree is in a few other drawings of the ranch too.
You are so talented. I wish I could make sketches like you do. I know it requires a lot of dedication and consistent practice. Your sketchbooks should be exhibited at the Whitney Museum in New York. I worked there and on my lunch break I would see the exhibits. And loved graphic novel exhibits.
I’m extremely inspired by you and will definitely be joining your classes at some point.. Meanwhile I will buy a few of your classes on line. Do you have a favorite watercolor sketchbook? I would like mine to be stored on shelving and all being similar or same size. Thank you Becky!
