溫馨提示:
⭐食譜内的鷄蛋是大鷄蛋,每個大約60g。
⭐在烘烤之前必须预热烤箱达到设定温度。
⭐因為每个烤箱都有所不同,在食譜裏的烘烤温度和时间仅作参考。
⭐如果你的烤箱有上下火開關,在放上芝士烘烤時可以把下火關掉,只開上火。
Tips:
⭐The eggs in the recipe are large eggs, each about 60g.
⭐The oven must be preheated to reach the set temperature before baking.
⭐Because each oven is different, the baking temperature and time in the recipe are for reference only.
⭐If your oven has an top and bottom heat switch, you can turn off the bottom heat when you put the cheese in it and bake it, and only turn top heat on.
Consejos:
⭐Los huevos de la receta son huevos grandes, cada uno de unos 60g.
⭐ El horno debe precalentarse para alcanzar la temperatura programada antes de hornear.
⭐ Debido a que cada horno es diferente, la temperatura y el tiempo de horneado en la receta son solo de referencia.
⭐Si su horno tiene un interruptor de calor superior e inferior, puede apagar el calor inferior cuando ponga el queso y hornee, y solo encienda el calor superior.

蛋糕:
大蛋黃3個
糖12g/1湯匙
玉米油38g/40ml
牛奶38g/38ml
低筋麵粉60g/0.45杯
大蛋白3個
檸檬汁2.5g/0.5茶匙
糖35g/3湯匙
預熱烤爐至150℃/300℉(中下層)烤約55分鐘
芝士岩燒醬:
切達軟芝士40g/2片
淡奶油30g/2湯匙
蜂蜜30g/1.5湯匙
無鹽黃油12g/1湯匙
切達軟芝士80g/4片(鋪面,可選)
預熱烤爐至220℃/425℉(中上層)烤約5分鐘
Recipe:(6 inches removable bottom round cake mold)
Cake:
Large egg yolks 3
Sugar 12g/1tbsp
Corn oil 38g/40ml
Milk 38g/38ml
Pastry/cake flour 60g/0.45cup
Large egg whites 3
Lemon juice 2.5g/0.5tsp
Sugar 35g/3tbsps
Preheat the oven to 150℃/300℉ (Middle and lower layer) and bake for about 55 minutes
Honey cheese sauce:
Cheddar soft cheese 40g/2pieces
Whipping cream 30g/2tbsps
Honey 30g/1.5tbsps
Unsalted butter 12g/1tbsp
Cheddar soft cheese 80g/4pieces(on top, optional)
Preheat the oven to 220℃/425℉ (Middle and higher layer) and bake for about 5 minutes
Receta: (Molde de pastel redondo de fondo extraíble de 6 pulgadas)
Pastel:
Yemas de huevo grande 3
Azúcar 12g/1cucharada
Aceite de maíz 38g/40ml
Leche 38g/38ml
Harina de repostería 60g/0.45taza

Zumo de limón 2.5g/0.5cucharadita

姐,我按你這個配方做了10多次了,味道和口感都非常好,然而每一次失敗的是明明蛋糕在爐里升的高高的,但是出爐後蛋糕的高度瞬即塌陷了一半.我是哪里出錯了呢,能指教一下嗎
出爐要立即倒扣放涼,再脫模,矮些肯定會有的,但不會立即塌陷一半的。謝謝~

可以喔,不過你要注意如果蛋黃是冷的,要放到室溫,否則加入融化的奶油就會容易凝結了。謝謝你~~🙏❤️👍

今天跟著 recipe 做,很好吃,不會很甜,表面帶有一點鹹味和帶一點蜜糖的甜味但是 cheddar cheese 融化之後流下來做不到好像老師的蛋糕那麼的整齊乾淨呢?
可能你的cheese融化得快一些,下次你可以試試調低10℃(中層)烤看看效果怎樣。謝謝你~~🙏❤️👍

凹底的原因比較複雜,和你的烤爐大小,溫度,時間和烤模都有關係,你用的是小烤箱還是大烤箱?烤模是不粘的還是粘的,烘烤溫度和時間都和我的一樣嗎?謝謝~~🙏❤️👍

老师 请问如果吃不完要冷藏保存 还是室温保存?
通常蛋糕當天吃不完,都需要放入冰箱冷藏保存,吃時在微波爐加熱30秒就很好吃了(畢竟自己做的都沒有防腐劑的,室溫不保險)。謝謝你~~🙏❤️👍
