I'd say Boca Juniors Vs River Plate is a much bigger derby than the Old firm but both are really up there.
My top3 would be:

(2)The Old Firm Derby
(3)Red Star Vs Partizan
That wasn't the best representation of the old firm. There is so much hatred and rivalry n this does not show it.
