I love the fireplace and the bookcases. That flex space would be my office/craft/writing/reading/wine drinking room. I love the desk area, and the extra storage space in the guest bedroom and throughout the entire house. The kitchen/dining is amazing. The master suite/bathroom/closet is amazing too! I think that Recreational Cottages is the best in the business. The quality of their homes is unmistakable. I need a few more years but one of these days I'll be calling Mr. Tiny to buy my home.

Wow!! This house is really nice! I love all the space and storage. The master bedroom and bath and kitchen are my favorites! I also love the details of the cabinet hood over the range, the blue accent wall, the built-in desk, and shelves. And the laundry room, come on it is so great, love it too! This house has it all!

This is about as close to perfect as I can imagine for a large manufactured home. I always love a tray ceiling and you've got two of them in this model. The one in the master bedroom is especially nice and lends the space a hint of luxury. The master bathroom is the best-looking one I've ever seen in a manufactured home. Love the soaker tub, the sinks, and especially the walk-in shower with the shower tower. The way the master closet is laid out is fantastic. I like the way that it's kind of its own little room instead of a standard elongated but skinny walk-in closet. The flex room seems perfect for an office, especially with that built-in shelving. The guest wing has been very nicely thought out. I like the built-in desk for kids on that end of the house or just for an adult who wants to use the flex room for something other than an office. And that additional storage in the bathroom would be great for storing miscellaneous items that aren't used often. I can see it basically taking the place of an attic. I think the last thing I'll mention is the dining/kitchen area. That must be the most visually appealing space I've ever seen in a manufactured home. The beams, the island, and the hanging lights come together to create a pretty impressive wow factor.

Truly blown away by the kitchen I’ve never seen so many cabinets in one space. It looks like it could be a great time for family in storage one of your best features ever and definitely a steal at 200 K. You’re a heck of a salesman but this is a great product so it does make it easier to sell

The flex room would be a great home office. Love the space . I would have barn doors and built in dressers in every bedroom and the flex room. I would only have one sink and no tubs. I love the barn door in the bathroom. I love the blue color. No dishwasher for me. Love the storage in the kitchen. Love the farmhouse sink with sprayer.
