Out of your element much? Can't say I would have been any different. My mind translated all the fancy names: caviar, i.e. Pop Rocks for the rich, tempura, (beer batter without the beer) and tartar, (raw.). Re the eggs, that is free range, not range free and means not caged and forages for food supply. You do not want to know what chickens will eat.But pretty impressive and a once in a lifetime experience.
