    Main aapko makkhan lagane ki koshish nahin kar raha hun lekin ek baat Dil se kahun to vah yah hai ki sar aapki vajah se main bahut kuchh sikhane Ko Mila hai aur aapki vajah se ham Apne swasthya ka pahle se jyada Dhyan rakh pa rahe hain

    I find it annoying that as a social anxiety sufferer I’m having to do all these weird things. Like exposing myself etc.

    सीधे एक्सपोजर नही हो पाता सो Plz मेंटल एक्सपोजर पर डिटेल्स video laye.mujhe exam me jane aur raat ko kahin bahar rukne par diarrhea ho jata hai.exam me permission nahi hota aur har jagah facility bhi nahi.12 saal se preshan aur ghar me hu

    Sir maladaptive daydreaming k bare m btaiye. Sir mujhe issue h ki m pure din mind m kuch bi imagine krti rhti hu.khi bi kbi bi koi bi scene mind m ajata h. Uthte bethe khate peete. Aur m usi m jeeti hu reality m mind hota hi nhi h.

    ऐसा नहीं है जो आप बोल रहे हो जब निगेटिव सोचने से निगेटिव हो जाता है व्यक्ति तो पोस्टिव सोचने से पोस्टिव क्यो नहीं बन सकता दोनों ही जरूरी है।

      Kyunki positive hone ke liye aapko apna thought process positive karna hoga jo itni jaldi nahi hota... 10-15 saalon ka negative belief system 10-15 dino ki positive affirmations se overlapp nahi ho sakti...
