Speaking of Poly caps . . . I always save my spare polycaps. Just this week I got a Tamiya kit that supplied me with 4 small poly caps, but I needed 2 Large poly caps . . .small ones would not fit the axle. . Luckily I had saved some larger ones from an earlier kit. . . .
Bravo👏👏👏Johnny..The figures finishes off a great build!.This series has been very enjoyable and I think this good Tamiya kit helped it along.. Thanks Johnny and all the best from the U.K🇬🇧🇺🇸👍
Love your work. When it comes to weathering, there's always the temptation to overdo it, but you really hit that sweet spot of doing just the right amount in my opinion.
Lovely work on the figures and tracks Johnny. A cracking result my friend. Really enjoyed watching this build come together. Take care my friend and speak soon
Good morning Johnny, I hope you had a great Christmas Day, this build is absolutely outstanding, you have done an excellent job on the figures as well, congratulations on a job very well done, have a Happy New, best wishes for 2025, bedt regards from Australia, Les
Thanks so much Les, hope you had a great Christmas and Happy New Year! I'm really happy with how the figures turned out. On to more builds for 2025! Take care my friend! Johnny
Hi Johnny, merry Christmas and a happy new year to you sir😊. Absolutely stunning build love it. The colour (non hillbilly spelling😂) modulation and non uniformity of the oil stains set this up beautifully. I too hate figures but that brown panel liner brought yours to life, so much so I’ve ordered a bottle for myself 👍 Stay safe my friend and see you next Friday 😎
Hi Ian, happy you like the final result, I think it came out nicely. I know we dislike figures but sometimes we just need to do them, lol 😁. Hope your Christmas was a good one and wish you a very Happy New Year! Johnny
Fantastic result, Johnny. The tank looks so realistic, the tracks are so very metallic and heavy looking it is hard to believe that they are not made from cast steel. Great work too on the figures, they really add an authentic air to the model. Who said that your figure painting skills were not great? Thank you too for your good wishes into the new year.
Thank you Gerry, I really appreciate that. You are very kind. I've spent years in trying to figure out weathering tracks, I never knew that it could be easy. Watching other RUclips modelers that make really nicely weathered tracks you would think that it's a very complicated and labor-intensive task. Turns out all you need is rust pigments and metallic polishing powder and your all set, LOL 😉Thanks for supporting the channel, it really means a lot. I hope you have had a great year and that the New Year brings even greater things to you my friend! Johnny
Great job Johnny, tank looks very realistic along with the crew figures. Tamiya does update some kits with the hard plastic but many older ones will still have the rubber band tracks since many were motorized at one time. I'm opposite of you and prefer the soft tracks since I like motorizing them.😊
Fantastic work, Johnny! Those figures came out great! Those are probably my weakest area. Merry Christmas and a happy new year to you and yours! See ya in 2025! 😁
Awesome end result, Johnny! This build was very enjoyable to follow - in fact, all your builds have been very enjoyable (so far!), and I learned pretty helpful stuff from you 🙂 I really do like your meticulous way of doing things, which is right up my alley. So thank you for a nice 2024, and I hope, you will entertain me again with some likewise awesome modeling in 2025! FYI: Tamiya has a special Panel Line for flesh tones - have you tried that? I wish you a very Happy New Year, my friend!
Hi Mike, glad you have enjoyed the builds, I promise there are plenty more to come! I didn't know about a special panel liner for flesh, now I'll have to look for that and give it a try! Take care and Happy New Year my friend. Johnny

Oh yes, I do the same thing Keith, never toss a poly cap! Johnny

Totally understandable David, since I like a static display, I do prefer the link and length type. Take care and Happy New Year! Johnny
Turned out really awesome, Johnny! Love the figures! Happy New Year 🎉!

Subbed due to Excellent Work. You can always cut down the Antenna to fit the Case - at least it's on there. Happy Holidays, Kudos & Respect eh.
