Frey is called "late" because he arrived late at the battle of the trident. He officially joined the war along with the rest of the river lands but was conveniently slow at massing his troops

But I'm pretty sure he hasn't earned himself that nickname yet. Or is currently in the process of earning it. Seeing how the battle of the trident is where Reagar died and the man is still kicking.
Very good knowledge but his late arrival at the trident nickname was a duo-joke with the fact he was extremely old
How do I get typos to look like this? In my game he doesn’t have his raven feathered cloak.... how do I get that??
@@corvus2512 I used the Nightswatch cloak from Fullscreen Barbershop, and the red armor was the Iberian armor (it's a random chance whether it'll be red or not when you start a new game).
the Targaryen family is so accurate i tryed to find the first member and my pc crashed
Maybe it's cause the Targaryen Family is less of a Tree and more of a Pond 😂😂😂

Battles in this mod are BRUTAL. So many deaths regardless if you win or lose the battles.
I think that's more of a CK3 thing in general, just there are so many powerful knights

@@StrayKing I bought CK3 and got the AGOT mod. I started as Lord Crabb of Crackclaw point after the rebellion. I won’t to ask if you know if the following is just some random thing that happened or if it’s preplanned in the mod in some one. Cersei had an affair with my guy and now the heir to the throne is my bastard with her, plus he is squiring for me. No idea how or why either of those happened. This was just 5 minutes into the play through.

Not sure if it’s been mentioned already, but just pointing out that you’re not using your Castellan correctly. Your Castellan can ‘focus’ on tasks correlating to their skills (but they require a minimum of 10, so for example a character with 10 martial can do martial related stuff as your Castellan).
As your mothers stats are all below 10 the only available option she has is to ‘do her best’. So I would recommend picking a better character.

This mod looks absolutely incredible, from the detailed map to the new character models and all the small details for in-lore characters. I need to play this ASAP!
I had not considered how much of a threat the ironborn would be in the Riverlands-sort of obvious in retrospect. Lord Tytos pretty much _has to_ act against House Harlaw. There is enough bad blood between the rivermen and the ironborn as it is, but the death of Edwyn and the kidnapping of Lucas are insults that cannot be ignored. The victories against lesser bands of raiders were enough to save face, but honour demands you seek just retribution! Of course, it might be wise to fortify the coastline and build up troops before going on the offensive…
Since people are asking about a gameplan, I think it might also be cool to not really develop one, but instead act according to how you feel the characters would act, without any concrete overarching goal. Might make it a bit more dynamic and open-ended.
Anyways, I've been waiting for something on this mod that's RP focused, so I'm really hyped
Playing my own Blackwood game. My immediate moves were to marry my sister to Lothar the Lame Frey matrilineally (took a while to get Walder to like me enough but I wanted him in my court), I married my brother to Sara Whent, and my son, Lucas, to a Mallister. This created a 17,000 troop alliance I could have overthrown the Tully's with. I also sent for a Maester and then made that Maester convert to the old gods so I could make him my seer. I used him to fabricate a claim on the Br*cken's territory. The Br*ckens in the meantime have assasinated my cousins Pia and Zia Blackwood. I invaded and called in the Whents. Easy victory and I then attempted to imprison Jonos Bracken. He rebelled like I knew he would so I called in all my allies and invaded again. All the former Br*cken vassals rebelled as well as Meribald Bigglestone. I won and the revoked all the titles of every Br*cken and sent any captured Br*ckens to the Nights Watch as well as Meribald Bigglestone. I also captured one of Jonos Br*ackens daughters, his second to last, and made her join my court and betrothed her to my heir. Now I am trying to find someone who will take my son as a squire (hopefully Barristan Selmy but Robert Baratheon isn't having it) as well as waiting for my truce with Jonos to end so I can revoke all his titles.

the mod uses the book timeline i believe which means that this is ~14 years before the events of the book/show

It's crazy that I actually made Robert a good king, I just removed the titles of all the loyalists and gave it to my men

I think the mod works on the show timeline, however, as Robb is 15 in the first book and he was born right at the beginning of the rebellion

i think a lot of characters have higher prowess than you’d see in normal ck3 but even among them robert’s is really high

Nope, but I did dress Tytos in the bearskin cloak and Iberian armor to try to make him look more like the books description!

Here are 5 Reasons House Blackwood is Cringe:
1. They are always the “good guys” and are always winning.
2. GRRM is clearly biased in favor of them
3. Bloodraven the demon spawn is fruit of their house’s womb
4. No House Motto and literal Invaders of Bracken Lands as they were expelled from the North after the Brackens were in the region.
5. Worships the same religion of the Cannibal Children of the Forest, Think trees are their gods instead of the Righteous Seven.
I could go on, but it is clear already even the Freys are better than house Cringewood🤢🤢

House bracken still salty about gaining their lordship through sellswords and horse rearing. The rightful ownership of missy's teats belongs to house Blackwood not to mention house bracken poisoned house blackwoods weirwood tree. A tool of eunuchs and women is a good enough tool for a member of house backend I say.

Imagine not worshiping the religion with the actual face having trees but rather worshiping the weirdo religion with 0 worldly powers that denies the existence of objectively real wargs, weirwoods and white walkers.
GRRM is biassed towards them because they are soo great you gotta be on their side.
