I started crying when I saw that clip of you hugging you mother in the mall and taking her out on a shopping spree. I feel like I relate to you in so many ways. My ultimate goal in life is to be able to provide for my family and buy my mom whatever she would ever need. I figured becoming a doctor would help me do that. I guess I started crying because im right in the middle of my exam period, and it is so hard. I really wish I could go home and take a little break from all the stress. But, I cant. So for right now, I think watching your videos will help a lot. I hope I am able to finish all my exams quickly and go home very soon :( Thank you for being such an inspiration Michelle !

I love love the fact that Michelle always eats multiple entrees whether she’s out or in. I can’t express how important it is for influencers these days to actually live like that instead of showcasing to us that in order to achieve their lifestyles is to just eat salads and drink detox juices. AND on top of it all, she still goes to the gym but is able to be human and wanting to eat ramen, ice cream and just lie down and watch kdrama after a long day. Thank you, Michelle. ❤️
This, honestly. I love how she never talks about toxic relationship with food like diet culture or feeling bad for eating an “unhealthy” meal or indulging and calling it a “cheat day”. love her transparency with working out too, saying that she’s fallen off of it without shaking herself and instead goes out to motivate herself with some new shoes (you deserve it girl!). Love seeing her eat like I do and just fully enjoying it - really refreshing to see nowadays. She just seems like a such a genuine person, truly adore her!

you're so right! and u know the funny thing is when u live like this you rather develop a healthy relationship with anything in life. personally I lose weight when I'm just living a stress free balanced life. gotta enjoy it while we're able to.
So true...I was so influenced by the diet culture that I used to feel guilty of enjoying food that I like food that makes me feel good when I miss home since I recently moved out. I recently read somewhere food is your fuel not your reward so irrespective of what you've achieved or haven't you need food. It has changed my relationship with food and I enjoy seeing Michelle enjoy everything she eats it's not foreign to me anymore
as someone recovering from an eating disorder this is so important! food is fuel for our bodies. we need it to keep the shells of our lil souls going :)
plus, life is too short to not enjoy food and sweets!

I love how when you do your little time laspes of you cooking food or eating and all you hear is the cutting or chewing etc etc. Totally gives me The Sims vibes. I absolutely love it. You are definitely such a huge inspiration. So many you tubers I watch always have tons of friends and are constantly meeting with people. It’s nice to see a RUclipsr who just likes to be alone most time and chill and make good use of your day. So nice to see. Takes a lot of pressure of living off us. As someone who is getting ready to move to the city with a medium size dog, I’d love to hear about your experience as a pet owner in NYC and how you make it work. You obviously give Dobby tons of attention and love and I was wondering how convenient it is for you while living in a elevator apartment to walk him, have a dog walker/sitter come, etc. and if you have any fav pet friendly restaurants/businesses.
You seem so happy and peaceful these days. I'm proud of your hard work but also glad to see you taking time to relax. ❤

you deserve all of that girl. god bless you abundantly. I can identify with you so much of taking care for your parents, my parents are from vietnam back then fleeing all over to germany to sacrifice a life and future for their kids. They have been working all their life, We rarely went out to have dinner in a restaurant (5 times in my life even less) and I am 30. As you told in one of your vids that your mom never did a time-out and had no vacation ever, it really hit me. Its something, they probably could afford, but because they are so hard working, they just dont want to spend the money. (Although I dont know much about their finances) In time Ive got older I get to understand that the sacrifice of our parents is one of the biggest unconditional love one can encounter that I also promised myself to get to that stage where I am able to provide.
Since it didnt rush that fast as I wanted, I have learned to love the process - I have always focused on my mindset - not on money or not on how to accelerate my success at s.o. else's expenses it is so important to me to live morally correct even if I take the long way. Now, about two years I met Jesus and I came to the conclusion that he was the secret to all my solutions.
I am so much more fearless and really cannot look more forward to live out the vision, which is slowly on my way. It really keeps getting better.
So this vid was so lovely and inspiring girl - to me and many more people out there. We just live this one life - why not for serving our parents - who have raised us and gave us a lot (for everyone who reads this and your parents havent had provided you as you have wished - there is a father out there - who really cares: Jesus it is.) Really needed to say this, because this season is always a family get to gether, but let us not forget those who havent had the privilege, I am here to say - YOU are LOVED. and NOT alone.
