Yeah she's playing Ayame really well. Probably just as good as Calli does with Botan. I think the reason is that both characters they mainly play fit their personality and play styles so well that it becomes second nature relatively quickly. I think Subaru definitely has some roots in Samurai Showdown or Street Fighter because her footsies are really good she just forgets that assists are a thing. While Calli being a Johnny main means that she has a much better grasp on the way Botan's gun combos work and how to leverage her range advantage to get in closer and start mixing people. Botan I can tell has definitely played Guilty Gear or Blazblue before because she knows the combo structure very well. She can just string Combos together in a way that only someone who is familiar with the inputs can.
