But wait, you can do more than just regular old looping. Take your loops further with an assortment of modifiers, affect speed and pitch, trim and scramble, scroll through layers, save and load loops, trigger samples, create a variety of ridiculous delays, record effects onto your loops, mess everything up, undo, redo and start from scratch.

what a fantastic video. just the right amount of informative and creative. the issue i've found with most others demoing this pedal (and other "out there" pedals) is that the videos lean too heavily to the abstract side of things, never really truly showing me how the pedal works or the sounds it can make- often times, just some unintelligible sonic mush comes out that doesn't really tell you anything. we get it, everyone's trying to be boards of canada and basinski... your video is a+, man! thank you. p.s. just got a blooper myself last week and haven't yet amassed the courage to venture beyond normal mode, but thanks to your video, i will be visiting the other modes today!

This is so far superior to the other blooper demos. Thank you for not boasting a bunch of (B)loop Soup with only ambiguous, half-assed explanations on how it works. I feel like I could confidently create something fun with no user difficulties after watching this.

got my blooper yesterday and was a bit fuzzed, even with the manual and stuff...looked up a bunch of videos here, nah...then i found yours and OH BOY - THIS IS JUST PURE ART. what lovely editing and design, its really a joy to watch, besides the super clear and useful content - i have the feeling now i can sit down and really work with this device

I love this pedal. I am hoping that stability gets a few options put into a future update. Maybe just some eq to cut a bit of the fairly bright static out a little when diming the dial. It seems the wow is intrinsically connected to the hissy fits. I would like to use one without the other sometimes. Superb video, btw. Quirky and brilliant musical bits, Cheers!

But I have to ask..how is the user friendliness of this pedal in a live setting? It seems like a lot to tweak knobs while playing guitar etc? Or do you make a loop and then tweak separately?

Blooper is not a pedal. Yes there are foot switches but you'll spend all your days crouched on the floor if you try to use it that way. Put it on top of your amp so you can play with it without crouch fatigue.
Hello, I've got a question about how to change the MIDI channel on my CBA pedals. I can't get it to work with Ableton.
I know that I have to unplug and plug in again while holding both switches and then send Program Change. But I don't know how that works in Ableton...
I have 4 CBA pedals and I would like them on different MIDI channels. But I can't figure it out..
I really hope you could help me out.
That was superb. Musically and visually. I would imagine you to be heading towards an amazing animation project that had a little surreal storyline and your music. It would be incredible. What type of software and camera do you use to create the animation? I know clay is a big part but to animate it. Perhaps a video on that at some future moment in time? Congrats. A work of real genius.
soarornor Thanks! I would like to at some point, it’s a loose thought in the back of my head. In the meantime I’m busy jumping from thing to thing. I use the Sony A7Sii and some after effects magic.
