I was in a really bad place back then and thanks to the advice James gave me and all the other producers watching, I am now in a healthy state. Sir James if you happen to read this, I am more thankful than any string of words can ever express. Please don't ever stop being kind. The world needs more people as supportive as you are.

James made some great points in this especially when he spoke of writers block. It made me think of Andre 3000 who currently is not in that space to create and I think it’s also partly dealing with anxiety and worrying about what other people think rather than trusting the process and believing in your capabilities. For me being at my most vulnerable and perhaps not in such a good place is sometimes where I am at my most creative.
