SUMMARY
-Open Find My iPhone on any other device. You can either start this application or open iCloud in a browser. Sign in using your Apple ID. Your iPhone is to appear in the list of devices which is reflected below the map. Pick "Lost Mode" if you believe that you've lost your phone in a place where it can be picked by somebody else or if you have a suspicion that it has been stolen.
-Bring up the Apple Watch's Control Center. To do this, simply swipe up from the bottom of the watch. Tap on the ping button and even if silent mode is on, your iPhone will make a sound that will help you to understand where it is.
-After you open Google Timeline website, you'll see a button "Today" at the top of the screen. Check the last reported location. Observe the location data on the Timeline to see if your iPhone is moving or staying still.
-Try Device Locator, FoneHome, GadgetTrak, Mobile Spy or other similar apps to track your phone. You'll be given some instructions that will appear on the screen of the device you're using. Most likely, you'll receive information about the activity of your phone, its previous locations, the most recent phone calls and texts, and other details.
-If you can't find your iPhone, you can use any other phone to reach yours. If you're lucky and it's just lying somewhere in your apartment, you'll hear it ring.

Air Elegant on android add an app called find my device its good cuz once i lost my phone and after about 3 hours i found out i lost it then i asked a person if i could borrow their phone. Then i logged in my account on the find my device app and it showed where i left it
Edit : it works off (Out of battery) on where its last location was and you can even block it if you want. And you could even turn it off

Non of these are helpful for me. Someone stole my iphone and I can't even use "find my iPhone" cause I didn't know you have to sinc it with someone else's first. We've been calling but the person who has it is not so nice.
Update: So we couldn't find the phone and had to give up the search on it. I'm sad cause my mom bought me that phone with the little money she earns.

Call the cops and give them your phone's IMEI. Its your phone's unique digital code, which is used for all its parts. There's a chance your phone company can also help you track your phone, even if its off, through the IMEI (it should be somewhere in the documents of your phone). If they don't want to help you (and they can, but many companies just literally don't want the extra hassle), remind the cops to try asking instead of you, and then the company will have to help THEM help YOU.
If all else fails, you can at least rest somewhat better knowing that if anyone tries to disassemble your phone for parts (the common fate of stolen iphones), the parts will fry themselves if you used that service from apple (sorry dont even remember the name, let alone how to use it) and if they sold the parts or the phone, the IMEI will notify the company and therefore the police when they use any of the parts. It can take a long time, though. As long as it takes for them to try and use one of the parts.
There are also free websites where you can manually input your phone's IMEI so that it'll happen even if they take it to other countries.
