- House of God, Birmingham UK. I Have had this footage for nearly 24 years, finally got a digitiser. I used to film Techno nights at the Q Club, Birmingham, UK. This is Birmingham clubbing at its very best, banging, raw, unedited, full on partying. Loads of strangers...were you there?
This is when cameras were the size of a suitcase and held on your shoulder. Most footage is filmed without a light, to capture people without disturbing their night. Lots of friends on here that I still have contact with from back then. A real treat for techno fans, sorry I don't know the DJ's, if anyone recognises them I will credit them. Some really great crowd footage and some nice Vox Pops. To the guy at 27.30..."will it be out on video"...Yes, I didn't think it would take so long!

That venue was immense. The nights I had at Atomic Jam were something that I can't put into words. Truly magnificent...❤
Haven't spotted myself but I'm there somewhere! House Of God, Atomic Jam, Spacehopper, Flashback, Cocoon... Days will never be as good as they were back then. Just the best.

Best club ever - Atomic Jam was the greatest night, never missed one. I met some of the best people at those all-nighter's. I agree with Alex79uk (and I've still got all the flyers) there never will be such great times... happy fantastic incredible nights... 😎💓
we went regularly to HOG at the Que Club and Subway City.m Can't remember much but we always had a fucking great time

Many a grandparent now, and the biggest thrill is the Tesco Safari of a Saturday and a package holiday, a drive in the country on a Sunday if were lucky. Shit isnt it, but friendships endured,.the legend lives on.. Were in our fifties, forties, feel sorry for kids today man, they've got nothing.. they need to kick themselves up the ring, but I suppose they're doing their own thing now. Proud to have been part of this.

Fantastic to see this. I used to love HOG. I sort of remember this night. HOG at the q used to be the highlight . trying to get tickets as soon as they came out and then ticking the days off until it was on. great times.
Same ere,had some brilliant nights at hog..only negative was finishing 2am😂
