His game reminds me of Paul George’s. Just so damn smooth, and doesn’t waste any extra energy at all. Just kind of cruises at medium speed, then explodes for only 2 or 3 dribbles. His finishing around the rim comes definitely from his father. While he's not a super athlete I can see him becoming a PG kind of player in the league when it comes to his athletic ability. He knows how to finish with multiple defenders infront of him and he has a very calm demeanor at hand. Will serve him good during crunchtime

Im impressed with his shooting skill, its important at this young age to have that skills check. Be that complete rookie once enter the NBA. See what luka, Ja, Trae and Anthony can do.
Plays with control, has great handles, a good shot, athleticisms off one and two, finishes with both hands, and an elite defender. Yet people will say he's overrated. If his last name was Walker or something no one would question any high major D1 offers he gets.
1st off as a father myself who coached all my kids when I had the time or made it to their game(s) props to James for trying to catch all his son's games. Realize it's what parents/guardians are supposed to do but still; with his schedule cant be easy. Second, I cant say his I see his son as "NBA" ready yet. I think it would be beneficial for him to head to a solid program whether that being college or some semi-pro league for couple yrs. Get a nutrionist/trainer and put on some muscle while he grows still. I'd personally recommend going to a good program in college. Would probably get way more exposure doing it that way vs playing semi-pro and get an education while at it. Based on the video seems like a solid player, smooth shot from the looks of it, handles are okay but we didn't get to see much of that aspect. Wish the young man all the best and hope he does get the chance to play w/James (his father) in the NBA at some point but based on the vids I've seen of him can't say he "looks" NBA ready. Then again, I'm just a fan of the sport and not a professional scout. Scouts prolly see something I don't. Either way wish him all the luck.

If he manages to get to the rim with both hands like Lebron it’s a wrap; he’s so smooth and calculated. Only real basketball players will know what you’re talking about. Similar to Luka Doncic. No amount of pressure or defense is speeding dude up. He looks like he’s playing by himself.
I might eat my words in a few years. But I doubt he'll be a legit starter. Not that that's a bad thing. He plays defense, is a skilled, willing passer, and has a nice jumper. I see him being a solid 6th man who can provide ballhandling or 3-and-D off the bench. Thinking about guards like Melton, Delon Wright, Bruce Brown, and Brogdon (now). He can play a crucial role still. Again, I'm ready to eat my words in a few years. But despite his general athleticism, he doesn't seem to have the speed, first step, and ability to get by his man-and starting guards usually have a couple of those traits. He's also not particularly elite anywhere else to make up for it. That said, what he does have is: he's pretty solid overall. Solid defense, shooting, ball-handling, passing, and athleticism when needed. He seems like a solid, well-rounded player and could fit really well as a key 6th man.
