Once again, a great video to learn to play with the NHZ!

Just discovered your channel and it's really helpful to me as a trainer. Is there any chance you can add specific exercises to each topic you're addressing? For this topic, 1-2 exercises for each stance? Even without that great video :)

      Hey bud!
The long term vision for the channel is to also release drills that isolate the knowledge into practice. However right now I am prioritising the knowledge (because drills without a purpose and knowledge can be harmful instead of helpful)
In the meantime, there are currently a lot of drills on my TikTok and IG page (scottbeeks_roundnet), and if you want more drills as well as session plans feel free to check out my Patreon account 😊

Hey Scott, is there anything you'd recommend for someone trying to learn how to dive while avoiding nhz? For me, it's difficult to even dive over the net w/o hitting, seems like a mental block, or I just don't know how to land.

Yes, and I will be covering this in a future video (although some higher priority ones will be released first), and during my in-person clinics this summer
As a starter I would say really practice combining the shuffle step with the crossstep for certain hits to avoid the need for diving to improve your footwork first, BUT that doesn’t eliminate diving, it will just reduces the probability of you needed to dive a large amount of times for now
