Really great visuals and tips. The examples with your own hand, the various angles and slow-mos were all very helpful. Would love a deep analysis video on other serves like the reverse, especially with your level of detail. One of my favourite spikeball tutorial vids without a doubt.
Great Video! Very well explained! i think that this is one version of how to do it and i personaly do it another way which is a bit diffrent but to see the other one in detail gave me still mir insights in how to do it!
@@dannyashton6234 hard to say exactly … let’s say that I’ve never corrected somebody that was tossing to close to their body or to much behind (Mainly) if I would have to point out a frequent tossing mistake… people tend to toss to far and they cannot wrap around comfortably and they need to stretch too much to reach the ball And usually also people tend to toss it a little bit too much in front ( but I have too little experience with teaching to speak about tendencies of the toss)
Great video man! Dont know if you remember, but i was one of the Americans you played pickup with at the Leuven ETS - small world. I was wondering if you had any more drills for pinching over the top of the ball. Ive really struggled to develop a cut because i cant get this one step at all. Was wondering if you had any specific advice. Regardless, keep up the good work! Looking forward to more videos in the future!
Heyyy ❤ of course I remember, I have most of my tips out int the video … but be sure to get a VERY low first contact (on your palm, and record yourself) turn your fingers down to get the pinch as soon as u feel the ball maybe even earlier … often people just miss the second pinch as I showed in the video because the finger/s don’t pinch down fast enough
Most usefull advice need just practice! Just one comment you dont talk about the toss like in front of or sideway and how long you carry thé ball in your hand. But the tips with the fingers are going over thé line and thé exercice are pepito 🎉🎉🎉
@@sabovano274 I don’t think toss is super crucial, to each their own… I would say don’t toss it to much in front because u need to carry the ball from your side to in front of u … and that motion happens with the ball in your hand
This video needs to be on everyones phone who can’t cut great and want to learn it
So many good tips! It’s middle of the night now but after watching this I want to go and practice 😂. Thanks ! 🔥

Love your three step explanation aswell. That is the same way I explain it
Really glad for how detailed this video is! Hearing about angular velocity is explaining why my side spin isn’t jumping at all
