I lived in Elko, too. I lived there for seven years and worked for just about every casino in town. This song is alive with the spirit of that place, accurately! I don't think I'll ever move back because I love my current city, but every time I hear this song, I yearn to visit.
This is my FIRST time to hear Rail Road Earth! I just learned about it TODAY (10/28/2013) Someone had it playing on their I-Pod and I asked him who was it? I was told that it was Rail Road Earth performing the song: "Too Much Information". After listening to that one on You Tube, I came across THIS! I am delightfully pleased with their sound! What are they? Blues/Blue Grass? Wonderful music! ;))
LOVE Railroad Earth. Listen to them religously, and see them whenever I can which is usually a lot dince they are from here in NJ and around the same area in NJ as well. I also do videography so I appreciate this extremely. Great job, my step mom mentioned she met you, Ailene Curtis... Tyler
I am so excited to see them again LIVE on Sunday, April 21st in Fort Worth, Texas at the Main Street Arts Festival!!!! I've been a major fan ever since their first album, have the original t-shirt, all their cd's, and have been lucky enough to have seen them LIVE several times, including last New Year's Eve in Denver at The Ogden Theater. I love this video, especially Andy's fiddle solo. But they are far more exciting when you see them LIVE and can dance to the incredible energy on the stage.
well then you are missing out, really! We would love for you come out and see an amazing show anytime, the boys always seem to impress. Do it as soon as you can!
I want them to come to Canada, I love em... big time... stellar band!!

I lived in Elko. The mountains with the high desert....it inspires.
