Why would one want to waste 6 months to study falsehood, and only after 5 falsehoods, study Islam?? First study Islam akhi, then after you are grounded in Islam and are qualified and the situation calls for it, study the rest to refute it.
There’s nothing wrong from learning from your mother IF she brings you to the correct scholars and ma schaykh. Manny great scholars were raise by their mothers only. But if your mother doesn’t know the difference between Sunnah & Bidah, or tawheed and shirk, then this is a calamity. These people will sell anything including their religion, children or even mothers when they meet Allah, Allah said: The criminal will wish that he could be ransomed from the punishment of that Day by his children And his wife and his brother And his nearest kindred who shelter him And whoever is on earth entirely [so] then it could save him. Sura 70 vers 11/14 (His Fasilah in verse 13 is his mother." According to imam Malik)

@@thecreedandmethodologyofas9118 I know djezekoemoellahoe gairan that’s why i wrote IF his mother would bring him to ma schaykh or scholars, like the mother of imam Ahmed, the mother of hadfidh al hakami, like the mother of schaykh Rabi hafiedhehoellah. May Allah give us sincerity, and help us battle falsehood with truth & eloquence. And all succes is from Allah alone

Akhi, he studied the other religions from their scholars. And spoke about them in positive light.
