I'm love with this Erra phase, they perfected their sound in my opinion
I love that they're not afraid to expand the genre and incorporate more of the prog/alt-rock elements Jesse uses in Ghost Atlas. Metalcore is evolving so quickly over the last few years through its huge players such as Invent Animate and Silent Planet, but ERRA continually reminds us that they're still awesome. I have very tempered expectations for the coming album, since their self-titled was so exceptional, but I love this track and it will get a lot of replay value for me.
You took the words out of my mouth. I loved the self-titled album so much that I thought they couldn't possibly do better, but the 3 singles so far, and especially this song, have blown me away. What a time to be a metalcore fan, and even specifically a Jesse Cash fan as the new Ghost Atlas album was beautiful.
Totally, bro. Very exciting times happening in metalcore with bands like ERRA, Invent Animate, Ghost Atlas and such.. very listenable stuff yet enough experiment and progressive, incredible sound design omw

ERRA and Northlane have to be 2 of the most future-facing metalcore bands around, and I love that for us
Along with Invent Animate, easily top 3 in the industry and I’m here for it

This song might be one of the most beautiful songs I've heard in a while.
I’m so relieved you thought this song was a masterpiece because it was absolutely gorgeous!!! The minute I heard the bass in the beginning, I knew this was going to be my style of music. Every moment was beautifully crafted. So many sections gave me goosebumps (jangly guitars, velvety vocals mixed with screams, perfect balance of minor/major melodies, incredible low bass tone, djenty guitar chugs with distortion, harmonics). Yup! This checked off so many things for me. ❤ Your reaction was spot on, Steve. You’ve translated perfectly what I was feeling all throughout the song.

I've heard of erra but not really done a deep dive, but these last 2 songs I've loved. This song is beautiful, the screams in the background are perfectly placed (reminds me of invent animate), the way its subdued.
