I should grow mushrooms...
Would it make sense to sterilize the spent substrate and flower from my weed grow box and use it to feed mushrooms? Maybe with some straw mixed in?
In my experience, it definitely works with Blue Oyster Mushrooms after drying the left over stems in the sun until they are brown then mixing with straw and hot water pastuerizing!
You can also use mushroom bags to increase Co2 and get bigger flowers!
@@TheMycophiliac uh, that's a great idea! I always forget that fungi breathe oxygen. I'm just a bit sceptical about spores in my flowers.
I need a second filtration system feeding from my mycelium box into my flower box and then back. The perfect circle 😅
