Just a quick note, I wanted to say thank you by sending you a bunch of stuff from Glock, Sig and especially Smith & Wesson. I also had a bunch of antique books about living in the Maine woods, logging and they way life used to be before world lost it mind. I had to have major back surgery which laid me up for 6 months this past fall and winter. Literally my whole world was a recliner and just a short time ago I was someone just like you. I have a camp, loved my firearms, hunting and being away from most people. I spent over 31 years in a uniform and cannot believe what the world has come to and wonder if it was all worth it at times. Watching your videos and listening to your commentaries while I was incapacitated help keep me sane while entertained at the same time. I hope you are well and I hope all those subscribers who are very loyal to your channel get some sort of very brief message that you are okay. Stay safe .

You the man Dale a little snow aint keeping you from paradise. The turkey bombs look awsome a hack i use for bacon wrapped scallops is to use dried spagetti linstead of tooth picks then you just eat the whole thing
Glad to see you back at it Dale! Almost every snow we get in NC will have an ice layer before or after the snow and it makes a packed layer that is undriveable. Fortunately the temps here take care of it pretty quick! Turkey bombs look amazing!
Watching you chip away at that ice... to open the door... reminds me of an old Fox Fire book story. This super old woman in the Appalachians stored her food in her root cellar but an ice storm froze it so shut she almost starved to death. Ice can be treacherous in so many ways! Winter in the north is certainly not something to be taken lightly.

Winter has been almost nonexistent for us too, down here in southern Ohio. We finally got a bit of snow and a cold snap but its suppose to go back to the 50s, next week. One good thing is that we'll have a lot of firewood left over for next year. Keep warm, buddy.

My cabin has about 5 feet of snow on the ground. I've been up to plow periodically but I know the feeling of slugging it through that kind of snow. That recipe looks tasty going to have to try it! Cheers!
