- It's time for another round of huge makeup declutters! This time, I'm doing a highlighter collection declutter -- as someone who's pretty picky about her highlighters, my drawer has become out of control! Today I'll be going through and swatching 50 highlighters, and I'm getting rid of half!

I don't think any collection is too small for a declutter. If you have 3 and only enjoy 2, it's still a successful declutter.🤷♀️
I love watching these videos as I declutter my own collection. Listening to people explain why they're getting rid of stuff helps me detach from stuff that could be loved by somebody else and or is just old and disgusting lol

That was fun to watch. I love those velour AOA highlights, so natural and feels nice, but gives a healthy glow. I just bought a bunch more colors, which are similar but only $1! Even the chunky duo chrome one you swatched looks better blended on skin.
I think mine was a liiiitttle dried out lol!! Yes I gotta start using the ones I kept more!!

hi i would use that highlighter as an eyeshadow certainly not as a highlighter looks brash ! but might look pretty as an eyeshadow .but i only use charlotte tilbury and estee lauder which look pretty on a more mature skin .
True!! You're talking about the AOA one right? I am just afraid with the texture it wouldn't work as an eyeshadow-- it would probably crease easily
I use highlighter everyday but I really don't see it strongly unless I'm in high light 🤷🏼♀️ I use a lot of it for my eyes! It actually looks nice and I get a lot more use that way! Thanks Miranda! 😍

The Lancome highlighter does look really beautiful, I wouldn't get rid of it in my opinion I think it may make a good inner corner highlight on your eyes 🙂. If you like the Maybelline highlighter in molten Gold you should try the molten rose gold it is really pretty as well.

I got Stunner in a Tarte highlight palette and it’s too dark for me as a highlight. (Fair skin) I LOVE it as an eyeshadow, though.

I definitely will, Mary!! Yes I would LOVE more pixi duos! Anything that has a blush in it I put in the blush/bronzer drawer, so that includes face palettes (besides the e.l.f. one I showed in this vid, because that was just a matter of space lol!!) Thanks for watching!
Have you tried the Colourpop supershock highlighter?
I vaguely remember having one from the Hello Kitty collection years back. I haven't had the best luck with their powder blushes/highlights except for the Lite Stix!
