Thanks for posting this! Rode by bass creek today we did a loop from Alturus. Tried to get up this trail years ago and only made it to the first big creek crossing it was to deep. Really pretty glad we didn’t try to move forward up this trail, lol. People don’t realize how freaking steep and rough this trail really is, unless you have ridden it. Working hard at these elevations is taxing in it self. Nice work making up and over bass creek, feel bad you still had Emma creek to follow, that a crazy ride man. The rides that sometime are the worst in the moment, end up making the best memories. Ride on man!
Thanks , yeah was tough for us. Not advisable since there is just so much steep off camber chunked up trail. Roached my rear tire and when you crest the hill, the other side down was terrible too leading to Goat Lake.

Ha - cool trail, we rode up it in the opposite direction and it was spicy. Not easy to catch breath up at the top at 9,000+....
