The truth is, I shot at people who were probably already dead, because people like Bob got on the trigger faster. I did an okay job out there, but guys like Bob did a better job than me. Bob was absolutely on time in serious situations that required that split-second decision-making process that kept a lot of his buddies alive. I’ve seen it happen on numerous occasions.”

@@CombatStory I watched that interview! That was a really good one! Its insane anyone could question any of the guys you have on lol. You legitimately get the best guests of all the podcasts I watch. Thank you for that! We all appreciate it! Keep up the great work Ryan!
I remember that video lol...it was panteo productions
Wow..what a great interview from a great patriot. Wish we could hear more combat stories from him.
So atleast for me it's finally given me a true idea of just how many gunfights "Unit" guys get into, which is literally 100's and 100's of them....
Such an unusual attitude [what a story] towards attacking attitude. . . . .Not every 'kid is going to become THIS SOLDIER but out of the thousands out there ! Every now and again you NEED this dude, Well done also RYAN your interview Style and approach !!! Taking a bad ass situation and FINDING the LIGHT, side : )
just founnd this channnel added to my binge list. thannks for your service, i was an army 13F worked with alot of jtacs and aircraft myself! thanks for the video!
Excellent combat story, Ryan. Thank you!
Bob is definitely one of THE AWESOMEST CAG guys around. Legendary beard! Total BADASS! And he’s HILARIOUS! Ben Affleck could play him in a movie!
Ben Afleck doesn't deserve to play Bob Keller in a role
Rob is a hoot, thanks Ryan! Absolutely we all race to the target, but remember, the AH's are first on target! SGDM! Good to see you Rob, be blessed.
We are just so fast 😂 Total animal
Am I the only female out there who LOVES this channel? “Two dog” panties, “Shrek”, the yellow Baghdad Cab driver, Bob, the ladder Gangsta…😂 Seriously great channel! Love listening to the stories. Thank you for all your effort and hard work.
Doesn't matter if you're a man or woman. What ever catches your interest right.
@@brandonfaubert7180 I agree however I would like to see more of my fellow women here. I have heard of all these men during my service and they seemed like the ghosts of Machu Picchu. Therefore it’s rather extraordinary to be able to listen to them and their experiences. It’s also refreshing to hear that many of us think alike. Fighter pilots will kill you before the enemy. I literally laughed out loud when Shrek said that since that’s exactly what I experienced and was taught. No hard feelings for all the pilots out there.
Very good episode I love it he's a real man and he knew what he wanted to do I show both of you guys 100% love and keep what you guys are doing
Thank you for sharing, I appreciate your service, you did your time and did it well. Wishing you a long and healthy life, God bless.
Nice work G with the production
Fantastic guest...Bravo Ryan!
People don't realize Bob is one of the most highly trained and experienced warfighters in the world
And he doesn’t teach that stupid run around call of duty stuff lol oh and “knife fighting” lol
@@PeaceBWYou Knives have gotten me out of two life-threatening jams so there is Merit to it
@@operationNOBO ask professionals. Knives are nasty and someone within a 15 foot radius will get to you before collapsing, especially if they are on opioids
I'm pretty sure everyone watching this video realizes that
Why won't we realise it when it clearly states his thumbnail and first 5 seconds of the podcast
It’s crazy this dude was a pro golfer lol 😂 so random
CW Lemoine just interviewed a fighter pilot (I think F-16) who was a pga pro
Bob is a great guy, I set up and took a class with him last summer
Hey my grandfather could have went pro, he settled for LEO and retired as chief in the department. What was wrong with him LOL 😂🤣
@@rawblow4512 I'd say being an athlete is settling, serving the community is much more honorable
Ron Vergundy yep yep that is true brother! Im proud of both grandfathers, they had it rough back then, one was a LEO and the other fought in WW2.
Like my dad use to tell me, money isn’t everything!
Saw him first on a panteo production. Love what he had to say concerning fundamentals.
Awesome podcast. Love his no bs style.
Rangers green berets delta force Jesus man your arms and legs must be made a steel good job and thank you for what you did for this country
Thanks again Soldiers
What a fun interview, awesome !!!
Maybe interview someone from the 24th STS? That will be awesome.
What for
@@ba-kf8ry well they are a fine unit and I want to know what exactly they do.
And maybe there not door kicking unit, but the support is also very important.
@@ba-kf8ry not a lot of people have heard of sts, and i haven’t heard one
All the Soldiers/Marines, when we became cops, were at the range everyday! Could always tell who had served.
Wow. Great interview. Thanks.
What a time we live in. Leeroy Jenkins joined the military, worked his way to the top, and lived to tell the story.
This guy and sheriff of Baghdad could probably take over a country if you give them enough time
The sheriff already said give him a billion dollars and he would do it in a month
You know, these types of podcasts are kind of a double edged sword for me. I love hearing about stuff like this because I’ve never been In a situation even a fraction as intense as what these guys have so I’m fascinated by it. But at the same time, I’m 28 now and maybe my biggest regret is never going to the military and testing myself like these guys and seeing how I’d react in a situation like this. Idk. Either way you put out great podcasts man, love your stuff.
I'm 29 and in, I have a 32 year old private under me. It's not too late.
@@aceofblades4279 fair point. How much of a factor would the screws in my knee play into getting in?
@@dragon3allzdeep325 I'm not sure. They say "there's a waiver for everything". One of my best friends has screws in his collar bone.
One thing I'll say is: Don't make a decision, or not make a decision, that will make you wonder what it would be like to do what you love.
@@aceofblades4279 have a rod and 9 screws in my femur. They wouldn't take me lol
WOW 😳 😲 OVER 1000 COMBAT MISSIONS
Thanks boys! Awesome as usual.
Thank you guys so much👍😊👏🙏☝️💖🇺🇸🌈
A true warrior
Bob. I appreciate your words on 20th group. I agree 100% I say the same about my guys. We did train and compete with RA groups and we always kicked theirs ass. Yes, not all 20th teams were good. In fact some were absolutely shameful. Awesome interview
Kevin Holland please! need to get him on to explain the similarities and the differences in Delta and DEVGRU. Few if any other can actually say from actual experience.
He seems like the definition of the silent professional. Doesn't seem there is actually any interview footage of him. Would be a super dope interview though!
His fellow soldiers must've often got pissed at him running towards the gunfight. 😂😂
Awesome interview! Sponsored the by Glock and Copenhagen.
All Good...Thanks
Semper Fi... GB
Great Interview.
Gunfight or Mudfight
I can relate.
Thanks for showing me something I had forgotten about myself.

This was outstanding 👏
Thanks guys
My favorite movies as a child were; The Green Berets, Breakin and Electric Boogaloo."
Do what you love to do. Very true
Great show. Thanks gents.
A quote from an article written about Bob:
Special Operations veteran John Schaible served with Keller “overseas.”
“We got into a lot of live-fire engagements with the enemy,” Schaible said. “People would ask if I shot anybody.
This guy is a trip, loved being shot at to the cave story with dead bodies toppling down the mountain, laughing at how funny it looked to stopping and realizing "shit, we have to go search those guys". lol
