Eduard 1/32 Scale Messerschmitt BF109 E7, Build, Paint, Weather Video. In this scale modelling video we look at a larger scale plane and give it a nice simple finish using the Eduard Balkan Campaign markings.

Great skills my friend 👍
Thanks. I like the tips on weathering. The result you achieve is, to my eyes, very realistic.
Decals should be applied onto gloss varnish. Then use a fixer to create a bond between decal and model. Apply the decal and use a cotton bud to remove excess fluid. Use a softener on the decal and wait for them to dry. Next reapply a gloss varnish which should prevent silvering. I have found that if the water is too hot when loosening the decal the sticky bond can be lost.
Crazy Kit, one of the best out there!
Never built a 1/32 scale, i think its time....beautiful work well done mate
Hi buddy fantastic build and paint job love the weathering and you have shown us how to do it brilliant. Cheers Gary. 🇬🇧
Great work and technique. Thanks for sharing your knowledge. You are setting the bar high for my projects.
Greetings, that was a excellent build and paint finish, you must be very happy with the end result, best regards from a Kiwi living in Australia.
A great build! 109s are just awesome - there's an endless supply of camo schemes and they have a mean look from every angle just like a weapon of war should.
Excellent work as always Sir! Thanks for all your time and effort. 😀
looks really good great work on this model lovely subtle weathering
*Wonderful kit, your paint is awesome! Eduard provides such quality!*
When painting large yellow sections, I always base in pink - really helps give a solid yellow
Very realistic results. Looks exactly like exhaust staining.
Very cool, thanks for sharing brother. 🤟🤠👍
Nice model, Eduard fit & finish could be better for the extra money their kits cost, I only do minor weathering on my aircraft kits. Keep the videos coming, good stuff! Cheers from Japan!
Bellissimo! Bravo!
Thank you, good vid. That weathering technique will come in handy on the three or four kits I have currently on the go, one of which is a rather large 109G2 (Trumpeter 1/24 :)
The painting part is not my favourite thing so this is really helpful.
Thanks again :)
Great work thanks
Great video! Looks great!
Brilliant Jason😂
Good work sir.
Nice work!
I cannot wait for Tamiyas version
Great video, did the metal colour of the aircraft ever show through as in chipped or worn areas?
Jason - Merry Christmas! Love the channel all the way from Wisconsin, US. As the BF109 guru, can I ask your advice, please? I'm a novice with planes and am building Revell's 109 G2/4 in 1/35. Have the primer coat but thinking about how best to do the pre-shading on the panel lines. Do you use black or a very dark gray? Do you thin the paint more for this purpose and spray at a lower PSI? I would greatly appreciate any advice you can give me.
Thanks - Mark
Very nice job lover the video. Have s question on what airbrush you like to use. thanks.
I heard that this models molds were destroyed in the fire that Eduard had. If true that was the standard molding.
