No shock Tego doesn't rate England's first ball playing CB since Rio, played in the World Cup and Euros where England done well in over 30 years, uses those same tournaments to justify Harry Maguire being elite btw. Plays in the best team in England for sometime and is the only English defender other than Walker to be rated by Pep (a GOAT coach). It's so casual to think that Stones isn't a elite CB. Stones and Dias were the best cb partnership last season. Laporte couldn't get a sniff in the team, based of how good Stones was. He played every game in the euros but Maguire was the only one complimented. As a city fan I 100% prefer the Dias and Stones partnership over the Laporte and Dias one. He makes our back line so much more assured, we also keep more clean sheets with him, he's a really good ball playing cb aswell. Tego just has a very strange agenda against Stones.
