I like the idea of Musashi in multiple bindings. Seeing it in a single volume can be intimidating but the story is very friendly to the reader. Interested in hearing your thoughts on that one when you finish.
Did the participant "die" because they dropped out of the readalong? That premise would be kind of cool for a readalong. Someone falls behind or reads too far ahead and they get eaten by a wolf or bear or something. Falls of a cliff or drowns in the raging river. and of course no one wants to "die" in a readalong. I don't know how it would work, but it sounds fun. Maybe have prompts periodically and then consequences of the choices based on the books? I think I'd choose Sacajawear for nom nom nom. She was clever and knew which plant life was edible to give sustenance when game wasn't available. Good answers to the tag.
Falling off this wagon train is a fatal endeavor. His official COD has yet to be determined, let's see what the group comes up with. That would be cool to have prompts along the way but perhaps asking a bit much from this group. haha You've had a channel for a while now, have you seen a group read anywhere 16 books yet? Tickled anyone was even foolish enough to follow along in this one. My favorite restaurant is named after the Mexican equivalent of Sacagawea, La Melinche. Tour guides would have all the best spots to eat.
Still plenty of time to catch up. I'm starting the second book tonight. Faceless has set up a discord and is assigning everyone with a character to play. We will be doing a spoiler filled discussion at the beginning of every month over there. ... no pressure, but our trail doctor bit the dust 😅
Great answers. Reading Louis L'Amour this year and just on book 2 of mushashi. Best wishes.

That was awesome! Great answers! Sherlock is a lock! I have the first three Sackett books but haven’t joined in yet.

@@HideAndRead I might have to join later and catch up.
I have not done this yet, but this coming Tuesday, I will be!!
Thank you, and I'll do my best to beat you without Holmes!
It was fun, I could only think of one character to beat Holmes.
Curious to see what you got up your sleeve.
musashi is a cool pick for a fighter.
He's the real deal.
Oda Nobunaga would of been a solid pick too.
Have you read or watched Drifters?
@@HideAndRead Drifters has been on my list for years. always wanted to check it out
@@XanaduCastle that's the one that hooked me as an adult.
It's likely never going to be complete but I don't mind.
(Cowboy Bebop is not anime 🤠)
