Hi @TheScottishPainter, While hiding an NFT voucher in Ledger Live is a good first step, it's understandable that you'd like to avoid them showing up in your transaction history altogether. While completely stopping airdrops is unfortunately not possible with the current design of the blockchain, there are some additional measures you can take: a) Investigate the source: If you know the project that airdropped the voucher, you can research its legitimacy and reputation. If it appears untrustworthy, consider reporting it to Ledger support to raise awareness. b) Manage notifications: Disable notifications for NFT transactions in Ledger Live settings. This won't stop the vouchers from appearing in your history, but it will prevent them from popping up as notifications. c) Filter your transaction history: In Ledger Live, you can filter your transaction history to only show specific types of transactions (e.g., sends, receives) or specific accounts. This can help you hide the unwanted airdrop entries while still viewing your normal transactions. d) Report malicious vouchers: If you suspect any airdropped voucher might be malicious (e.g., containing suspicious links or requiring interaction), report it to Ledger support immediately. Do not interact with the voucher in any way. e) Consider future airdrops: You can adjust your privacy settings on some platforms and exchanges to opt out of receiving airdrops altogether. Don't waste your money I thought this was the STATE of the ART device. I was wrong. Their customer service is absolutely pathetic. IF they reply it is a min. of 2-weeks and is a cookie-cutter response of no value. My NanoX's Bluetooth would never pair with my phone and I had to purchase an adapter in order to connect manually to my phone . When sending coins out from NanoX it takes numerous times to get it to sync. Sending a coin like XRP takes a max. of one min between other exchanges or devices ...it takes hours from the Ledger device. I will be throwing this in the trash and buy something reliable- most likely a TREZOR

what if device is broken
Hi @Ameer Hamza,
If your Ledger device is broken, don't panic! You can still access your funds by following these steps:
Step 1 - Recover Your Funds Using Your 24-Word Recovery Phrase:
This is the most important step. Your 24-word recovery phrase acts as the master key to all your crypto assets stored on the Ledger device. As long as you have this phrase safely stored, you can restore your funds on a new Ledger device or even a compatible software wallet.
-> Double-check your 24-word recovery phrase: Ensure you have the correct phrase written down in the correct order. Any mistake in the phrase could lead to permanent loss of your funds.
-> Set up a new Ledger Nano device: You can purchase a new Ledger device from the official website or authorized resellers. Follow the setup instructions and choose "restore device" when prompted.
-> Enter your 24-word recovery phrase: Carefully enter your 24-word recovery phrase when prompted. The device will then verify the phrase and restore your accounts and funds.
Step 2 - Contact Ledger Support:
If you're facing any difficulties recovering your funds or have any other questions, contact Ledger support for assistance. They have a dedicated team of experts who can help you troubleshoot the issue and guide you through the recovery process.
Here are some helpful resources:
a) Ledger Support: support.ledger.com/
b) Ledger Help Center: support.ledger.com/
c) What Happens If I Lose My Ledger?: chainsec.io/lose-access-to-ledger-wallet/
Additional Tips:
-> Transfer your funds to a temporary, outside account: If you need immediate access to your funds, consider transferring them to a secure temporary location like a trusted exchange wallet. This will allow you to access your funds while you wait for your new Ledger device or resolve any technical issues.
-> Clear the cache in Ledger Live: Sometimes, issues accessing your device can be related to a corrupted cache in Ledger Live. Clearing the cache can sometimes resolve the issue.
IMPORTANT -> Do not reset your device without recovering your funds: Resetting your device will erase all data, including your accounts and funds. Ensure you have safely stored your 24-word recovery phrase before resetting your device.
Remember, your 24-word recovery phrase is the key to your crypto assets. Keep it safe and secure, and never share it with anyone.
I hope this helps!

@@MaZEEZaM I have more money now but thanks.
Why chose this over a free defi wallet app?
these wallet apps you don’t have control over you own keys - this is entirely offline and (has not yet) is considered unhackable. I personally see ledgers as the kind of cash under the mattress crypto equivalent.
@@josephmichaels4741 or cash in a safe equivalent?
I have a healthy paranoia. Who thinks all other bluetooth devices in the room should be off the use or at least set up a nano x?
sorry but nano X is a faulty product, it have serious battery issues and customer support is not replying customers from over 4 months. they know they have faulty products but still they keep on sending it out. absolutely trashy quality of the product and absolute garbage customer support.
Why
Lots of ?’s on here and very little reply’s with answers
Terrible device. After severalhours I'm about 1/2 way through setting it up and can't figure out how to transfer the money over. I've entered my pw about 100 times. Don't waste your money or time on it.
Platforma
📈🙏🙏
I think it sucks
why?
Ledger badly build.... cheap .... don't buy it
Don't waste your money
I thought this was the STATE of the ART device.
Did you end up buying trezor? Which one and thoughts ?
