    Nicely presented video.
I’ve got an orange & black fold up pull cut pruning saw made by BAHCO which was made in Sweden. I bought it about 25 years ago and it has served me well but is now starting to loose its edge & sharpness on the cutting teeth.
I’ve been looking at replacing it with a Silky because they look good & everyone seems to go for them. I’m definitely ready for a good new replacement pull saw (pruning saw).
A new Silky would be a real treat, and of course very special too if it came from you.
Nice to see your selection & thanks for demonstrating how to change the blade on the Silky saw too. I hadn’t realised that you could replace the blades on a Silky as well. That’s a nice bonus for them also.
I’m a relatively new subscriber & I’ve enjoyed all of your videos so far.
It’s very refreshing to see a beautiful female lumberjack who is so enthusiastic about what she is doing. It’s great to see you enjoying it all so much too. I love the way you are happy & smiling , and you clearly have a good sense of humour. You are very knowledgeable and thank you for passing on your knowledge to us all so nicely too.

I use noname Silky for prunning fruit tree branches. It works good for me. It is Zubat like style - so this is why I like Zubat more from other models. Curved blade and dent at the top for safety is good option.

Ever since i had a notice from my city to have my pine trees pruned to clear the overhead powerlines. Ive had an itch to climb trees, ive been watching many youtube arborists and learned how to make various friction hitches. But never tried too climb myself. So i got in a professional arborist to prune them. I watched how he didt it and asked him if i could have a go at it. He agreed gave me some climbing basics and safety advice. And so i went off into the great sky's 😄 ever since that moment i knew i wanted to be an arborist. So now i am going to go get my etw certificate ( 3 years of school ) but i am looking forward to it. 👍

Awesome Giveaway and Congrats on the Subs! I could definitely use a new saw. I have a Bahco Laplander and a Coleman Folding Saw. I recently broke the tip off of my Coleman folding saw. I use my saws to collect Fatwood from the forest. It's wood from a dead pine tree branch or root; where the sap collects in one spot and hardens at the base. It's a great fire starter. Eventually, I want to make a Bucksaw, but a Silky saw should definitely get the job done to get through it. Also, getting bit by the saw sure can get messy. That's cool that Silky provides band-aids.

Congratulations on reaching this RUclips milestone . In my humble opinion you are absolutely correct there is nothing like a silky. I’m a hedge layer and always carry a straight tsurgui on my belt it’s perfect for getting into those tight spaces. Plus depending on the job I’d have my Sugoi on my leg, and yes it is does interfere with my knee sometimes . As for the blood, I think it’s like a Gurkha thing almost every time there’s blood. Please keep up the channel it’s great. Best regards Garry.

I have been using the silky subat for 2 years now and i love it. now that I'm working for a company that we don't use chainsaws everyday but we're in trees everyday that I've been using it just about every tree I'm in and it is such a great length. Lately I have been using the silky zubat handle with a Forester blade on it because it has the same profile and length and it has just a tad bit of more of aggressive tooth pattern to it but it's not as brittle as the silky zubat blades but I love the silky brand and many times it has drone blood 🤣🤣🩸🩸🩸. Love your content keep up the good work.

The Zubat has always been my choice go to hand saw ! Funny, when I started climbing 25 years ago it was with 2 saws, which the small 1 I strapped to my right spike, because I felt it was most convenient not that I'd seen any1 do that back then, and the long saw on my left hip. That was how I worked for the first couple weeks, rocking 10 trees a day for 4 days a week, until I felt I was safe to climb with a chainsaw...then I was like Tarzan on steroids 😄

I have a Silky hayauchi 3670 pole saw and i like that saw so much but i have not a hand saw and i like to check the Silky Zubät because of your comments of the saw and i think that it is a good saw for cutting bushes and branches.
Good video as always and i like that leg holster for climbing.

I haven't gotten a Silky yet. I currently use, and am quite pleased with, the Samurai Taisho 13". I would love to give a Silky a try. Thanks for all the great videos.

I haven't realized how much I am in need of a better handsaw, time to go shopping!

Have used a Silky in the past - not got one at the moment
Worked well clearing branches out of the way while out off roading !
