    Such a wonderful interview! Thank you, that was very enjoyable!. Love the "May I help you?" reference ))) definitely the quickest way to put up a wall between salesperson and a customer!

      James is a master at opening liners. It is mesmerizing to see him work with customers and build a relationship in the first few min.

    It's some of the smallest thing that customers remember..u have a few customers that still correspond with me.
    I love Mr. James going out of his way...I do the same thing💖

      He taught me so much about going the extra mile and then going another mile that I use every day :)

    I work at an upscale jewelry shop...I am a great sale person and do may of his suggestion...what I find challenging is how to branch a upscale boutique and tourist style items, per our location, with out it becoming tacky...any pointers help!

    I had to stop at some point. I want to watch the interview but the interviewer is annoying. So I stopped watching. Now, searching for James Mastrantonio, hoping that he has other interviews.
