In other words, *only the Bands of Light in the sky (aka GOETIA'S ARS ALMADEL SALOMONIS) can RIVAL Tiamat.* Kingu also stated that not even the King of Mages would be able to stop Tiamat. Even if you wanna argue that neither of them knew about all of Goetia’s abilities, they did know about the Human Incineration and the 72 Demon Gods, and they still said that they were RIVALS at best. The Lion King, who had a deeper knowledge of Goetia’s true nature, as she knew about the temple of time, still thought that Tiamat may surpass him in power. All in all, Tiamat >= Goetia.
*2) SOLOMON [10 RINGS] (ALIVE Form):* If we just took into account the Solomon that fought Goetia in the Solomon Singularity he would be way lower, considering he was just a regular servant. HOWEVER, Goetia claimed *ALIVE Solomon* would have obliterated him and Dr. Roman stated that Solomon’s ring is the best Catalyst you can get to win a Holy Grail War, meaning even Solomon with just 1 ring summoned as a REGULAR Servant already stands as one of, if not the strongest servant you can summon. All in all, Solomon summoned as a *Grand Servant* and if he has all *10 rings* (which makes him “OMNIPOTENT”) is more than likely one of the strongest beings in the Nasuverse. *3) GOETIA [ARS ALMADEL SALOMONIS & NEGA-SUMMON]* *4) TAMAMO-NO-MAE (9 Tails):* Tamamo said that if she were to regain her 9 tails, she'd become a threat on par with Goetia. *5) LION KING:* She rivals King Hassan in CQC. She can create mana barriers able to block multiple shots from Ozymandias’s Dendera, and the walls of the Camelot City (which is actually her NP Rhongomyniad) are a duplicate of Mash’s Lord Camelot. They can block ANY ATTACK without taking A SINGLE SCRATCH as long as the attack has malicious/killing intent. Only someone like Xuanzang or Ozymandias who wanted to SAVE but not to DESTROY could blow up the gate. If you fail to destroy the walls + the mana barriers + her tower, she’ll successfully manifest Tower Rhongomyniad, which results in a massive Anti World attack on par with Surtr’s fire sword which killed TRUE GOD Odin and the rest of the Norse gods. Her Holy Judgement is a weaker version of Rhongomyniad she can perform more casually, however, it still surpasses in mana the strongest NPs possessed by servants by thousands of times. Arash was able to block it with Stella despite being weaker than Ozy because Stella has the property of “ending all conflicts.” *6) KING HASSAN:* King Hassan is stated to rival the Lion King, but those statements don't take into account both of them with their FULL ARSENALS since they hadn't used them yet. King Hassan's best feat is using ALL THE POWER in his Grand level Saint Graph to grant Tiamat the "concept of death". This attack not only made her mortal but severed her wings and reduced her own Saint Graph's pattern to that of a regular Servant. Does that mean King Hassan scales to Tiamat? Not at all. Although Tiamat transformed into her strongest form in the UNDERWORLD, the Underworld was still WEAKENING her. The debuff was so great, Jaguar Man stated Tiamat was at her WEAKEST POINT. Merlin then shows up and turns the Sea of Life into flowers, which not only "DRAINED HER POWER" even further, but also returned the Underworld's control to Ereshkigal, allowing her to weaken Tiamat even more. It is then that King Hassan shows up. The version of Tiamat King Hassan fought was not only EXTREMELY WEAKENED, but it was even weaker than when she fought Quetzalcoatl and Kingu by a long shot, so King Hassan has nowhere near the firepower or versatility necessary to kill those above him on the list. *7) ERESHKIGAL (IN THE UNDERWORLD):* The reason Ereshkigal is ranked INSIDE THE UNDERWORLD is that she has 2 skills that allow her to RECREATE the Underworld anywhere she goes. Therefore, anyone fighting her will always be weakened like crazy. "The STRONGER you are, the WEAKER you get in the Underworld." Although in terms of RAW POWER Ereshkigal is slightly below Ishtar, inside her domain she is almost unbeatable. Even Quetzalcoatl was defeated by her in one of the Christmas events. *8) DARK IRISVIEL:* Dark Irisviel is Angra Mainyu using the remnants of Justeaze von Einzbern inside the Greater Grail as a perfect vessel with which to manifest. She also has an almost entirely filled Holy Grail, which contains the SOULS of GILGAMESH, ISKANDAR, LANCELOT, HUNDRED FACES, and GILLES. Artoria stated that even if she worked together with Diarmuid, Counter Guardian EMIYA (Assassin), and Mash, they would stand NO CHANCE at beating her. Right after, when Iri powered up, Aroria said Iri was stronger than she had imagined. The reason she isn't higher is that she's not GRAND SERVANT/BEAST level yet. Although the Black Mud can corrupt the Underworld just like Tiamat did, Iri isn't powerful enough to do so before Ereshkigal nukes her and seals her away with her NP like she did Tiamat. *9) QUETZALCOATL (100%):* Xiuhcoatl at 50% cracked Tiamat’s horn so hard Gorgon managed to cut it off afterward. Kingu on the other hand just took out a small amount of her flesh. Quetzalcoatl’s Noble Phantasm is therefore comparable to Enuma Elish in Raw Power, and WAY STRONGER when she is at 100%. Furthermore, Quetzalcoatl is IMMUNE to characters with GOOD ALIGNMENT, meaning that characters such as Artoria, Karna, or Gilgamesh can’t even scratch her. Only those with EVIL alignment can truly damage her. If that weren’t enough, Xiuhcoatl also SEALS AWAY the NPs of her opponent. If Kingu were to fight Quetzalcoatl, not only would he be unable to damage her, but he wouldn’t even get to fire Enuma Elish as long as Quetzalcoatl fires first. Even if he gets to fire, Xihucoatl is as powerful or stronger than Enuma Elish. All in all, there’s little he can do. *10) KINGU (HOLY GRAIL):* Kingu was stated to be AS STRONG IF NOT STRONGER than ALIVE Enkidu. Since he is Enkidu but with a HOLY GRAIL as his core, he would simply outlast Gilgamesh/Enkidu in a fight. When Gil and Enkidu were alive, they reached a stalemate when both of them ran out of energy and weapons and couldn't keep fighting any longer. In this scenario, Kingu would simply come slightly on top due to having the exact same abilities as Enkidu, equal firepower but superior mana reserves/stamina.
I don’t think Kingu necessarily outlasts either Gil, or Kingu. He may be >= Enkidu in power, but with a relatively massive power source located inside him, which, if removed, would mean he gets fucking immediately dropped.
Just want to mention that you forgot to add "stated" for Solomon's placement when mentioning that Romani said Solomon's ring is the greatest catalyst to win a HGW.

I am a King Hassan fan boi so I will probably be bias but are you not taking into account that King Hassan walked into Nega-Genesis with no consequences what so ever? Furthermore he bodied all the new Lahmu, who intern bodied someone of Ishtar's calibre after and it is stated that King Hassan's sword has a chance to inflict death with every hit, not because his sword is special but because of his innate at the boundry, which when a Grand servant it DID inflict death with every hit but has been since neutered to a chance when dropped to a regular servant if you check his bio out, not just tied to his NP so he has the capabilities to kill everyone on the list. The only counter I would say would be someone who cant die like Tiamat but as shown, KH just says, "No no, you WILL die" and makes it so she can. The only way to not die is to kill him first but like, if not even Nega Genesis works what could? We have never seen him take damage in the series once, and has been shown to basically be able to kill anything so while he doesn't have as much destructive potential, I cant see him lose any 1v1. The passive I am referring to is "At the boundary" and while "Evening Bell" basically seems like a death sentence to anything, we never see him use it besides on Ozy, who despite having a Holy grail got beheaded. We don't know how it would fair to Solomon or Tamamo as both are basically God's but so was Tiamat. His other noticeable feats would be inflicting death on concepts like what happened to Ereshkigal so it is unknown if any defence could truly stop him if the defence suddenly "Died" in a simple sword swing and we have yet to see his true noble Phantasm, as Azreal is just "You are already dead" but with every sword swing. Safe to say, I would discount Solomon and KH since they both have far too many things we dont know about, Solomon with all his OP magecraft and how powerful KH truly is since we have not truly seen any limits to him. Nothing says he couldnt have just killed Tiamat 1v1 after inflicting the concept of death, but again nothing says he couldnt have either. But this is by my selective hearing in information regarding Hassan and my bias/lack of information about anyone else on the list so please do feel free to educate me.
nega genesis didn't work on fou either or ritsuka fujimaru. King Hassan is simply immune cause he has a skill that makes him immune to instant dead type of haxx. He doesn't do it via raw power, but via haxx. The lahmu rae fodder. Gilgamesh and merlin were making easy work of them as well. That's not a Lion King level feat lol. King Hassan ALWAYS granting death with EVERY strike has never been stated. You made that up. Even if he could, he first needs to hit the Lion King you know? King Hassan never forced death on ereshkigal. He just severed her contract with the three goddess alliance. EMIYA or Medea could have done the same with Rule Breaker. King Hassan can't kill Tiamat 1v1. He literally hit her with his strongest attack and it didn't kill her. It just severed her wings. And Tiamat not only was being nerfed by the Underworld, which reduces her power to 14%, but Merlin had weakened even further by transforming the sea of life into flowers, which "drained her power." Everyone above King Hassan is there because they surpass him in stats and/or firepower DOZENS OF TIMES.

When taking the form of a Servant, the rank is lowered to A since he is leaving the boundary by himself. Instant death immunity, charm immunity, and the addition of instant death effect to normal attacks. Is what is stated in his description, you have yet to rectify what is capable of killing him exactly but we both dont have anything to show his survivability, his lack of firepower is bad but as stated above, every hit has a chance to inflict death regardless of the individual. And getting close to Lion King seems easily plausible since his presence concealment only de-activates just before he attacks, which is intern related to the "You are already dead". All I know for a fact is that he can kill basically anything and the only way to stop him is to kill him first, which we dont even know if it is possible.
If I am honest I truly think he is the strongest Grand because applying the concept of death to Tiamat basically invalidates everything weaker than her, as he could just apply the concept of death to every defence and attack the enemy has to open his way up to them and one shot them or do it the assassin way and just behead them when they dont even know if he is there. My personal head cannon is that they had to make him lose his grand status somehow since he can literally solve any and all problems by just killing it as long as they are near Tiamat level and the only reason Gilgamesh was alive in the original timeline of the singularity was because KH basically killed all the enemies before they could kill Caster Gil, but not before they wiped out everyone else in Uruk. I cant see him killing Kingu, Ishtar, Eresh, Gorgon, Quetz with slate and Tiamat by himself without full power GOB and Ea, especially Tiamat. But thats just head cannon and alotta bias.
I dont agree with the addition of Ninetailed Tam since we havent seen her in the singularities, only mentions and if we go based off that then Buddha should have been on the list as well. As for the actual list, its pretty good. Wondering what the criteria was for the honorable mentions tho?

I have a question that confuses me Guess Who. We all see that during the last fight of Ritsuka vs Goetia (not human king version), post Ars Nova deployment, Goetia does not use his Nega-Summon Skill anymore in that dire situation. My question is, why? Isn't Nega-Summon should be an exclusive skill belonged to Goetia upon reaching Beast-hood? Solomon's Ars Nova shouldn't have negate that skill from Goetia since he doesn't posses Nega-Summon as per himself.
ars nova destroys everything related to solomon. That includes the demon god pillars which function as goetia's magic circuits. By that point, all goetia can do is brawl while he slowly disintegrates.

Goetia has actual feats. Tamamo doesn't. Tamamo didn't even know solomon was a beast when she said that. Quirinus is stated to be equal to Zeus in his profile (it would be nice if it said which 10 versions of zeus it's talking about geez). Quirinus was also relevant against released zeus, whereas even while suppressed zeus could fire like 20 lightning bolts each as strong as Artemis's NP simultaneously. Quirinus is likely 2nd only to zeus in that pantheon.

ereshkigal has 2 skills that allow her to summon the underworld everywhere she goes. That's a legit ability she has. She recreates it in a Christmas event. Tamamo got statements saying how strong she is. Primate murder doesn't. Not in the solomon arc.

Goetia hasn't been stated to be stronger than solomon. Just that he reached a state solomon didn't or something along those lines. That could just make reference to solomon's passive personality and refusing to use his "omnipotence". Goetia saying alive solomon can stop him does refer to power. He says it right after saying solomon "as a mere servant" is nothing compared to him. "Only your alive self could."

Goetia could say alive solomon would beat him instead of him as a mere servant because he had all the rings when alive, while as a servant he had one and only because it was used as a catalyst for him. all the rings would be advantageous against him considering they're the one used for summoning the demon gods and can nullify all magic by humans which would include goetia as hes pretty much a summoning spell

Would the lion king's regular rhongomyniad count? Or is she strictly restricted to CQC? If all you are forbidding is true name release, then the lion king still has camelot and mana Barriers. Without them I guess surtr stomps. He survived getting his head blown off by napoleon (suicidal boost). They needed to weaken him by severing his master contract and using the Sirius light alongside ophelia's eye to allow Sigurd and Brynhildr to kill him with their NPs. Sigurd and Brynhildr were also buffed by Skadi and sitonai, and Sigurd had the dragon boost too against surtr.

Rama can pull out Trishula an EX rank NP, Sudarsana Chakra, Indra-Vajra and Indra's javelin, Shiva's Bow from his Vishnu Buja NP. he beats Karna, Arjuna and even the big bad Archer Gilgamesh(with Sita) in his interlude. he is also so skilled he can perform as an archer or lancer while being a saber class. I just can't see Tiamat above Goetia and Solomon, especially when the one statement favoring her is just Ushi Alter, someone who's both insanely biased and didnt know shit that Goetia was Goetia instead of Solomon. That alone should call her words into question cause she didnt even have the full picture. The best compromise would just he stalemating Goetia and Tiamat with Solomon nebulously above them.

The thing to me that at least make it way more pointing to a stalemate than a win for Tiamat is that her offensive options are kinda... not there? Her Immortalities are definitely better than Goetia's (As he just has the one) so her defense is better, but on that same margin the light bands can punch holes in the planet with only some of their power. The best thing she's compared to is her terminal form going to shoot a blast equivalent to a nuclear bomb. It's essentially sheer survivability vs raw power for those two and Goetia has more options magic wise.

It's stated that out of all the characters that appear in FGO up to LB5, Goetia is the strongest they have seen. Since full power tiamat is as strong or stronger than goetia, that makes her stronger than arjuna. Arjuna is not even zeus level, and zeus is weak af compared to goetia.

Dark Iri was toying with Artoria under Irisviel, and Diarmuid. Her power was such that Artoria believed that they had zero chance against her, even with Counter Guardian Kiritsugu and Mash. They only won when Zhuge Lliang came around, and then it became essentially a 5v1.
Dr Roman stated that whereas the highest ranked NPs possessed by servants range between 1,000 and 3,000 units of mana (excalibur in stay night is implied to be 1,000), rhongomyniad is 3,000,000.

Goetia might have more mana to power AAS, but I don't think a battle between the two would even come down to beam struggle. Solomon can summon his own 72 demon gods with his own mini goetia as shown in solomon movie. He has 10 rings as opposed to Goetia's 9. In other words, *only the Bands of Light in the sky (aka GOETIA'S ARS ALMADEL SALOMONIS) can RIVAL Tiamat.* Kingu also stated that not even the King of Mages would be able to stop Tiamat. Even if you wanna argue that neither of them knew about all of Goetia’s abilities, they did know about the Human Incineration and the 72 Demon Gods, and they still said that they were RIVALS at best. The Lion King, who had a deeper knowledge of Goetia’s true nature, as she knew about the temple of time, still thought that Tiamat may surpass him in power. All in all, Tiamat >= Goetia.
*2) SOLOMON [10 RINGS] (ALIVE Form):* If we just took into account the Solomon that fought Goetia in the Solomon Singularity he would be way lower, considering he was just a regular servant. HOWEVER, Goetia claimed *ALIVE Solomon* would have obliterated him and Dr. Roman stated that Solomon’s ring is the best Catalyst you can get to win a Holy Grail War, meaning even Solomon with just 1 ring summoned as a REGULAR Servant already stands as one of, if not the strongest servant you can summon. All in all, Solomon summoned as a *Grand Servant* and if he has all *10 rings* (which makes him “OMNIPOTENT”) is more than likely one of the strongest beings in the Nasuverse.
*3) GOETIA [ARS ALMADEL SALOMONIS & NEGA-SUMMON]*
*4) TAMAMO-NO-MAE (9 Tails):* Tamamo said that if she were to regain her 9 tails, she'd become a threat on par with Goetia.
*5) LION KING:* She rivals King Hassan in CQC. She can create mana barriers able to block multiple shots from Ozymandias’s Dendera, and the walls of the Camelot City (which is actually her NP Rhongomyniad) are a duplicate of Mash’s Lord Camelot. They can block ANY ATTACK without taking A SINGLE SCRATCH as long as the attack has malicious/killing intent. Only someone like Xuanzang or Ozymandias who wanted to SAVE but not to DESTROY could blow up the gate. If you fail to destroy the walls + the mana barriers + her tower, she’ll successfully manifest Tower Rhongomyniad, which results in a massive Anti World attack on par with Surtr’s fire sword which killed TRUE GOD Odin and the rest of the Norse gods. Her Holy Judgement is a weaker version of Rhongomyniad she can perform more casually, however, it still surpasses in mana the strongest NPs possessed by servants by thousands of times. Arash was able to block it with Stella despite being weaker than Ozy because Stella has the property of “ending all conflicts.”
*6) KING HASSAN:* King Hassan is stated to rival the Lion King, but those statements don't take into account both of them with their FULL ARSENALS since they hadn't used them yet. King Hassan's best feat is using ALL THE POWER in his Grand level Saint Graph to grant Tiamat the "concept of death". This attack not only made her mortal but severed her wings and reduced her own Saint Graph's pattern to that of a regular Servant. Does that mean King Hassan scales to Tiamat? Not at all. Although Tiamat transformed into her strongest form in the UNDERWORLD, the Underworld was still WEAKENING her. The debuff was so great, Jaguar Man stated Tiamat was at her WEAKEST POINT. Merlin then shows up and turns the Sea of Life into flowers, which not only "DRAINED HER POWER" even further, but also returned the Underworld's control to Ereshkigal, allowing her to weaken Tiamat even more. It is then that King Hassan shows up. The version of Tiamat King Hassan fought was not only EXTREMELY WEAKENED, but it was even weaker than when she fought Quetzalcoatl and Kingu by a long shot, so King Hassan has nowhere near the firepower or versatility necessary to kill those above him on the list.
*7) ERESHKIGAL (IN THE UNDERWORLD):* The reason Ereshkigal is ranked INSIDE THE UNDERWORLD is that she has 2 skills that allow her to RECREATE the Underworld anywhere she goes. Therefore, anyone fighting her will always be weakened like crazy. "The STRONGER you are, the WEAKER you get in the Underworld." Although in terms of RAW POWER Ereshkigal is slightly below Ishtar, inside her domain she is almost unbeatable. Even Quetzalcoatl was defeated by her in one of the Christmas events.
*8) DARK IRISVIEL:* Dark Irisviel is Angra Mainyu using the remnants of Justeaze von Einzbern inside the Greater Grail as a perfect vessel with which to manifest. She also has an almost entirely filled Holy Grail, which contains the SOULS of GILGAMESH, ISKANDAR, LANCELOT, HUNDRED FACES, and GILLES. Artoria stated that even if she worked together with Diarmuid, Counter Guardian EMIYA (Assassin), and Mash, they would stand NO CHANCE at beating her. Right after, when Iri powered up, Aroria said Iri was stronger than she had imagined. The reason she isn't higher is that she's not GRAND SERVANT/BEAST level yet. Although the Black Mud can corrupt the Underworld just like Tiamat did, Iri isn't powerful enough to do so before Ereshkigal nukes her and seals her away with her NP like she did Tiamat.
*9) QUETZALCOATL (100%):* Xiuhcoatl at 50% cracked Tiamat’s horn so hard Gorgon managed to cut it off afterward. Kingu on the other hand just took out a small amount of her flesh. Quetzalcoatl’s Noble Phantasm is therefore comparable to Enuma Elish in Raw Power, and WAY STRONGER when she is at 100%. Furthermore, Quetzalcoatl is IMMUNE to characters with GOOD ALIGNMENT, meaning that characters such as Artoria, Karna, or Gilgamesh can’t even scratch her. Only those with EVIL alignment can truly damage her. If that weren’t enough, Xiuhcoatl also SEALS AWAY the NPs of her opponent. If Kingu were to fight Quetzalcoatl, not only would he be unable to damage her, but he wouldn’t even get to fire Enuma Elish as long as Quetzalcoatl fires first. Even if he gets to fire, Xihucoatl is as powerful or stronger than Enuma Elish. All in all, there’s little he can do.
*10) KINGU (HOLY GRAIL):* Kingu was stated to be AS STRONG IF NOT STRONGER than ALIVE Enkidu. Since he is Enkidu but with a HOLY GRAIL as his core, he would simply outlast Gilgamesh/Enkidu in a fight. When Gil and Enkidu were alive, they reached a stalemate when both of them ran out of energy and weapons and couldn't keep fighting any longer. In this scenario, Kingu would simply come slightly on top due to having the exact same abilities as Enkidu, equal firepower but superior mana reserves/stamina.
I don’t think Kingu necessarily outlasts either Gil, or Kingu.
He may be >= Enkidu in power, but with a relatively massive power source located inside him, which, if removed, would mean he gets fucking immediately dropped.

I am a King Hassan fan boi so I will probably be bias but are you not taking into account that King Hassan walked into Nega-Genesis with no consequences what so ever? Furthermore he bodied all the new Lahmu, who intern bodied someone of Ishtar's calibre after and it is stated that King Hassan's sword has a chance to inflict death with every hit, not because his sword is special but because of his innate at the boundry, which when a Grand servant it DID inflict death with every hit but has been since neutered to a chance when dropped to a regular servant if you check his bio out, not just tied to his NP so he has the capabilities to kill everyone on the list. The only counter I would say would be someone who cant die like Tiamat but as shown, KH just says, "No no, you WILL die" and makes it so she can. The only way to not die is to kill him first but like, if not even Nega Genesis works what could? We have never seen him take damage in the series once, and has been shown to basically be able to kill anything so while he doesn't have as much destructive potential, I cant see him lose any 1v1.
The passive I am referring to is "At the boundary" and while "Evening Bell" basically seems like a death sentence to anything, we never see him use it besides on Ozy, who despite having a Holy grail got beheaded. We don't know how it would fair to Solomon or Tamamo as both are basically God's but so was Tiamat. His other noticeable feats would be inflicting death on concepts like what happened to Ereshkigal so it is unknown if any defence could truly stop him if the defence suddenly "Died" in a simple sword swing and we have yet to see his true noble Phantasm, as Azreal is just "You are already dead" but with every sword swing. Safe to say, I would discount Solomon and KH since they both have far too many things we dont know about, Solomon with all his OP magecraft and how powerful KH truly is since we have not truly seen any limits to him. Nothing says he couldnt have just killed Tiamat 1v1 after inflicting the concept of death, but again nothing says he couldnt have either. But this is by my selective hearing in information regarding Hassan and my bias/lack of information about anyone else on the list so please do feel free to educate me.
nega genesis didn't work on fou either or ritsuka fujimaru. King Hassan is simply immune cause he has a skill that makes him immune to instant dead type of haxx. He doesn't do it via raw power, but via haxx.
The lahmu rae fodder. Gilgamesh and merlin were making easy work of them as well. That's not a Lion King level feat lol.
King Hassan ALWAYS granting death with EVERY strike has never been stated. You made that up. Even if he could, he first needs to hit the Lion King you know?
King Hassan never forced death on ereshkigal. He just severed her contract with the three goddess alliance. EMIYA or Medea could have done the same with Rule Breaker.
King Hassan can't kill Tiamat 1v1. He literally hit her with his strongest attack and it didn't kill her. It just severed her wings. And Tiamat not only was being nerfed by the Underworld, which reduces her power to 14%, but Merlin had weakened even further by transforming the sea of life into flowers, which "drained her power."
Everyone above King Hassan is there because they surpass him in stats and/or firepower DOZENS OF TIMES.

Is what is stated in his description, you have yet to rectify what is capable of killing him exactly but we both dont have anything to show his survivability, his lack of firepower is bad but as stated above, every hit has a chance to inflict death regardless of the individual. And getting close to Lion King seems easily plausible since his presence concealment only de-activates just before he attacks, which is intern related to the "You are already dead". All I know for a fact is that he can kill basically anything and the only way to stop him is to kill him first, which we dont even know if it is possible.
If I am honest I truly think he is the strongest Grand because applying the concept of death to Tiamat basically invalidates everything weaker than her, as he could just apply the concept of death to every defence and attack the enemy has to open his way up to them and one shot them or do it the assassin way and just behead them when they dont even know if he is there.
My personal head cannon is that they had to make him lose his grand status somehow since he can literally solve any and all problems by just killing it as long as they are near Tiamat level and the only reason Gilgamesh was alive in the original timeline of the singularity was because KH basically killed all the enemies before they could kill Caster Gil, but not before they wiped out everyone else in Uruk. I cant see him killing Kingu, Ishtar, Eresh, Gorgon, Quetz with slate and Tiamat by himself without full power GOB and Ea, especially Tiamat. But thats just head cannon and alotta bias.
I dont agree with the addition of Ninetailed Tam since we havent seen her in the singularities, only mentions and if we go based off that then Buddha should have been on the list as well. As for the actual list, its pretty good. Wondering what the criteria was for the honorable mentions tho?

We all see that during the last fight of Ritsuka vs Goetia (not human king version), post Ars Nova deployment, Goetia does not use his Nega-Summon Skill anymore in that dire situation.
My question is, why?
Isn't Nega-Summon should be an exclusive skill belonged to Goetia upon reaching Beast-hood? Solomon's Ars Nova shouldn't have negate that skill from Goetia since he doesn't posses Nega-Summon as per himself.
ars nova destroys everything related to solomon. That includes the demon god pillars which function as goetia's magic circuits. By that point, all goetia can do is brawl while he slowly disintegrates.

Goetia has actual feats. Tamamo doesn't. Tamamo didn't even know solomon was a beast when she said that.
Quirinus is stated to be equal to Zeus in his profile (it would be nice if it said which 10 versions of zeus it's talking about geez). Quirinus was also relevant against released zeus, whereas even while suppressed zeus could fire like 20 lightning bolts each as strong as Artemis's NP simultaneously. Quirinus is likely 2nd only to zeus in that pantheon.

The king of uruk is immune to the underworld. But that's not due to Gilgamesh being gilgamesh. If astolfo became king or urruk he'd be immune as well.

Goetia hasn't been stated to be stronger than solomon. Just that he reached a state solomon didn't or something along those lines. That could just make reference to solomon's passive personality and refusing to use his "omnipotence".
Goetia saying alive solomon can stop him does refer to power. He says it right after saying solomon "as a mere servant" is nothing compared to him. "Only your alive self could."

Goetia could say alive solomon would beat him instead of him as a mere servant because he had all the rings when alive, while as a servant he had one and only because it was used as a catalyst for him. all the rings would be advantageous against him considering they're the one used for summoning the demon gods and can nullify all magic by humans which would include goetia as hes pretty much a summoning spell

The thing to me that at least make it way more pointing to a stalemate than a win for Tiamat is that her offensive options are kinda... not there? Her Immortalities are definitely better than Goetia's (As he just has the one) so her defense is better, but on that same margin the light bands can punch holes in the planet with only some of their power. The best thing she's compared to is her terminal form going to shoot a blast equivalent to a nuclear bomb.
It's essentially sheer survivability vs raw power for those two and Goetia has more options magic wise.

You can't cherry peak statements and rank their accuracy based purely on your preconceptions of who is a reliable source and who is not. It's stated that out of all the characters that appear in FGO up to LB5, Goetia is the strongest they have seen. Since full power tiamat is as strong or stronger than goetia, that makes her stronger than arjuna.
Arjuna is not even zeus level, and zeus is weak af compared to goetia.

Goetia might have more mana to power AAS, but I don't think a battle between the two would even come down to beam struggle. Solomon can summon his own 72 demon gods with his own mini goetia as shown in solomon movie. He has 10 rings as opposed to Goetia's 9. Even by the solomon movie goetia is still calling solomon omnipotent and blah blah. Like you pick these things individually and maybe they don't mean much, but as a whole they hold more wait for me.
