- Thank you to @speedwaymotors for being a partner for the @iskyracingcams build series re-creating Ed Iskenderian's iconic T Roadster!
Getting to the starting point of a new project is always one of the hardest parts. Once you start seeing the parts AND the actual car roll in that is about to undergo a giant transformation - it starts to get real! After dad and Nolan decided to do this project, finding a car was the next challenge. Getting Nolan to actually get the car bought before he missed another listing was the next challenge 😂 Finally the pieces all came together and the car was dropped off at the shop. Lots of work has already been done to the car and the debut day is coming rather quickly so get ready for some build series content to come your way!

I drove an original 26T to high school in the 80’s. The “hand brake” is actually second gear! The three pedals are first gear, reverse, and brake! We had a 26, 14and both were roadsters. Love these cars!

HA - I would crash having to figure all that out if driving a T - HA - I NEVER ride a motorcycle with a right hand gear shit - HA - my brain 'fails to compute'. Same as I NEVER drive LHD car - another my brain 'fails to compute' situation. CHEERS from AUSTRALIA (HA - RHD).

I have a lot of tubing cut out and pieced into the vz ute. Compound notching got me a little more in to the perfection of things.
Thank you for all the heads up or important parts you showed whilst building 100% proof, that was synchronised in my abilities to do.

Great build and what an honor to be able to build a tribute for Ed, meet him, do what a 2hr interview. Just amazing for the Taylor and Iskenderian fans. Now you need Speedway to put this in the museum next to Ed's after SEMA

Been working on my dads car recently and my favourite thing is to hold up a random bolt from across the workshop and say whats this? "3/8th UNF" how the f.... hes 83 years old! Blows my mind every time!

HA - I like the way FORD built in that extra crumple zone (AKA - 'safety') between the dash and the steering wheel - HA - I often cringe at the dangers we once did not give a second thought to - HA - but still gladly ride my motorcycle around the roads in my open face helmet - HA. Alex that is the most perfect T body I've seen since the 80s when my dad and I use to buy them! I saw in the background the challenger you built for Roadkill a few years ago! I know it's a crusher body but I was wondering what you are gonna do with it? Are you going to strip it? I'd love to put the rear suspension in my 05 magnum!

Fun fact, Canadian built cars after 1913 had doors on both sides.
The U.S. cars went to the two door bodies for '26-'27 . Getting past the steering wheel was another matter .
