THE RED HANDS AND LEGS-- that red thing is the ALTA used in India it is considered a good omen and is used on occasions by Indian women. Krishna and Radha both wore it because that's how they used to dress up. Krishna loved to dress up he had flowers, peacock feathers on his head always. Krishna is also called MOHAN( someone who is fascinating and attractive).

This serial is really beautiful. Radha and Krishna are the avtar of Lord Vishnu and Goddess Laxmi. Radha was cursed by one of Krishna's greatest devotees Sridhama that she'll forget everything about Krishna and her divine self for 100 years and will take birth on earth as a normal human and live there away from Krishna. This is how both of them Krishn and Radha took birth in different families and lived their life on earth teaching love, values, and various lessons to mankind.
Krishna is the most loved god here in India. His stories are super fun from the moment he was born.
Radha and Krishna never married because of that curse in fact both got married to different people. Krishna had 108 wives (if I am correct....approx I guess) and Radha also had a family of her own after marrying. But still, their love is eternal and pure.
Basically, they taught us how marriage and love are completely different things. In India marriage is considered above every other relation, but Radha Krishna's love was above and beyond such human bonds as marriage.
