- Hello everyone and welcome back to the Shed!
In this video, I am going to be demonstrating the relatively simple procedure for removal and fitment of the interior door panel on the BMW 1 Series.

As recommended, you should use non-marring plastic pry tools to remove your vehicle trim to prevent any damage, linked below.

Well explained. Unfortunately I cannot overcome the clip power to pop it out. Feels like I would destroy something. I even bent a metal object by prying.. yes, all screws are undone.
Need a proper trim tool, I managed to get mine off with a wrap tool(the little card things) but damaged the paint a little, I started on the side closest to the rear or the car and just worked my way around. Requires a good bit of force though
