Can we just take a second to appreciate how much this guys bedside manner has improved since the earlier videos he was featured in? His voice is softer, his requests are slower, he’s even more polite and he now exudes more warmth. It’s an undervalued skill.

If you watch him you will see him put his hand between both eyes, shine the light into one, and look at it. (Ispilateral) then he will shine the light in the same eye again but look in the other eye. (Consensual), then he repeats the process in the opposite eye.
