Nice chat guys, bringing peace to the world is a big job.
But just one bit I was a bit shocked by the bringing up of Yuval Noah Harari, he’s quite possibly one of the many scary characters in the world that we don’t want to give any power too. He truely is a worry. However, big thumbs up. Thanks.

I find teachings like this completely baffling. “Breath while feeling strong?” How?! If I could just induce a feeling state at will I wouldn’t need therapy. I wouldn’t need drugs. I wouldn’t even need to leave the house.

Another Buddhist said we make our feelings, and that we should not say "I feel" we should say I believe. Your thoughts?

The geopolitical ideology in the end lost it for me. The ‘climate crisis’ mantra and making everyone equal with collectivism / communist ideals will actually drive inequalities and more suffering. I wish this stuff was left out of this interview.

Absolutely,we’ll said. Specially bringing a frightening character like Yuval Noah Harari into it. We will be in deep trouble if he gets his way in the world.
