    Would that also help to relax the shoulders? I'm very tense in the shoulders and therefore less responsive. My dance teacher told me that he has to use quite a bit of force to lead me 🙈

      I would not think this would help the tension, ill make a different video for you for that. Stretching helps and breathing while dancing 😉
