i don't know why, but this years dakar has much better footage quality, much better content than tens of years from south america.
it is so hard to make an organisation for video production, just to get these highlights. a netflix series for dakar, would be harder than organisation of the race itself.

You need to show the bruised and bloody faces of the bike riders that fell, these guys are so tough, the world needs to understand that, many kept riding with all sorts of bruised, cuts, concussions and a broken nose!
I urge any motorsports fan to watch the documentary on RUclips of Paris Dakar 1979 to 1997: the early years. I took the time yesterday, and it made me realise what motorsports have lost in the intervening years.
