He is Han Seungwoo from Victon.He joined Produce x 101 with Byungchan (another Victon member) and won 3rd place so he became a member of X1 but they d**banded so he came back to his original group which is Victon last March.He had his solo debut on August 10 with the title song which is Sacrifice (please check it out^^)
