Hey Jonas, thanks for your work ! I was wondering if it could be possible to label a sequence/exec/cue after a preset name with a macro like your LUA did... but without it ;) I've noticed that syntax "appearance seq X at preset X.X" was working for appearance, but same thing with labels doesn't sadly... Thanks !
I been trying to write a plugin to import midi remote at a certain index and not delete the other midi remotes that i already have stored. Its been a little bit challenging. Makes it handy to have if i open a older showfile that ive done but have newer midi remote presets to add
Thank you very much, you let me have a new understanding of MA2. I am a lighting operator of the electronic sound. This plugin I downloaded the file path is correct, but I did not get this script after importing.😭😭
Hey Arnaud, you want to be on an onPC system and then open a new plugin, copy the code from Github and paste it into the editor window - that’s how I always do it :)
@@aGuyNamedJonas hi. A máster size effect has the control of a group effect. Ford example, i have 5 effect to group 1 and i select someone effect but with one Fader i control this. One for group. Now i patch one Dimmer and assign it a one Fader and for remote DMX control the Faders effect. Sorry for my bad English.

really nice job, i know nothing about LUA, its a "mod" for more macro pissibility ?
Sort of - not a third party mod but an actual scripting language included inside of MA2: help2.malighting.com/Page/grandMA2/plugins/en/3.6/Plugin
There is a bug- when you assign a round executor number it just ignores the 0 e.g when assigned to 1.180 it is assigned to 18

Try copy’n’pasting it instead - you can select the plugin code and go CTRL+C to copy and then edit a new plugin in MA2 onPC and use CTRL+V to paste.
@@aGuyNamedJonas Thank you great programmer
Hola amigo me gustaría conseguir ese plugin
Can you explain how you load the pluggin please? It's not working for me....

Does this work with wings, blocks, and groups? With reference to effects?
No it doesn’t - but feel free to update the plugin accordingly and then sent a pull request on Github and I’ll be happy to integrate your changes :)
@@aGuyNamedJonas sounds great, but I don't know how to do that.
Abdul Jabbar hehe gotcha! Well I might do a follow-up video on this, thanks for your input :)
h. very good works bro. i like make a plugin to make a master size effect. do you know how do it?
Not sure what you mean by “master size effect” although I have an idea of what you could mean. Do you have a Video example for me?

i need xml file to load the plugins........or how do i load the plugins..
If you’re on a console, then yes you need the XML - for onPC you can simply copy’n’paste the code, like I showed. Will add the xml though - thanks!
I jst added the XML file: github.com/aGuyNamedJonas/grandma2-snippets/tree/master/preset-to-sequence Thanks again for pointing that out! :)
@@aGuyNamedJonas thank you so much...
Can you speak Chinese? I can't understand English
