Those leaves are stunning! This is going to be a phenomenal journal. I saw your bubble video years ago or whenever it was, and I have been making bubble pages ever since. I just love them. Thanks for always inspiring! Hugs ❤️🤗
I really appreciate the way you take the time to show us the name and number of the die sets and stamps you are using. This video was absolutely fascinating and inspiring and gave me so many new ideas. Thank you so much Barbara!
You could get the look of the stitching without the headache of trying to die cut through it by stamping a stitching stamp. You could even use embossing powder for added dimension. Also a tracing wheel dipped in ink makes nice stitching marks.
I love this! So beautiful with the Klimt inspired papers. I love how you folded the music paper on a slant. I’ve never seen that before and it’s so interesting. I will try this!
I have see crafters lift the bubbles with a spoon to place the bubbles where you want them. It give you a sense of control, but still unique. I like this method of adding color better than sprays which can overwhelm the page. TYFS.❤❤❤
Oh my goodness! Anne Kenlon did this just the other day!! She talked a lot about you and how she learned from watching you, just like I did. I told her you are my "RUclips daughter" and she got a kick out of that! Hugs baby girl! Love you, MomK 🤗❤️🤗
My sister-in-law helped me make bubble papers - she blew - I dabbed. It was quite the production that resulted in dizziness and lots of laughing. 😂😂😂 - Robin🌵
Oh man I am obsessed with the leaves you cut out too!! The combination of leaf fragments die and the colors of the paper is magic. Good job going for it!!
Barbara if you use a tongue depressor and scoop the bubbles from the top and then lay them on your paper. It’s a little more controlled. But the element of surprise is a lot of fun
❤ those leaves are super ❤ I wasn't sure what would become of those papers when you were painting them, to be honest but as usual you're the best at making magic and persevering sweetie 😊
Ohhh so many beautiful things!! I really thought maybe you had lost it when you were painting the pages at the end, but alas you’ve pulled the rabbit out of the hat once again!! You’re a genius! Can’t wait to see what you do with it all. ❤😊
I love the bubbles with the acrylic paints. I have to try that! I love, love, love the leaves from your weird paint page. I have that set of leaves so you know I'll be doing that!
I have to leave mine without this as she's a budding artist but I can do it for me 😁. Bubbles were 2 years ago?😱. Oh perfect colours! LOVE blue and orange 😍oh the cuts turned out fab! Tfs and have a great day 💖💖💖
I love your colorful papers. ❤ The leaves are gorgeous. Instead of stitching with the sewing machine, you might try a fine tip marker for a similar look.
Loving the bubbles. I watched your earlier video and have experimented with this process. Those leaves are so awesome! Can’t wait fo the next step/video. ❤❤❤
Love the leaves! That crazy painting is something I could do! If you have dies that aren't as intricate, maybe they would be OK on your crazy sewn page - like flowers you could layer?
Hello Barbara from Vienna Austria! This was fun to watch. I sort of hoped you would have used a blue thread instead of a black thread on the last page which you used to die cut the leaves. But it's all coming together nicely overall for sure! Cheers!

I love watching you experiment with mixed media if only to hear "Oh no!"
I’d forgotten about this technique when I used to do ceramics. Great reminder!
Those leaves are stunning! This is going to be a phenomenal journal. I saw your bubble video years ago or whenever it was, and I have been making bubble pages ever since. I just love them. Thanks for always inspiring! Hugs ❤️🤗

Fabulous, Barbara!!! I love that you are never afraid to just try something....and it always turns out perfectly!!
You could get the look of the stitching without the headache of trying to die cut through it by stamping a stitching stamp. You could even use embossing powder for added dimension. Also a tracing wheel dipped in ink makes nice stitching marks.
Painted bubbles are such a great idea, they add such a nice touch. Those crazy pages made super gorgeous leaves.
It doesn’t matter what you do, it’s always fun and amazing!!!

I need it for my dephemerember album.
Thanks! That would be a question for Luise Heinzl, as I only have 3 colors 😬

Thanks you for showing the sewing. I am still uncertain how to create circles and swirls with my machine.
O think you just need to practice a few times 😃
