Howard Frankland Bridge seeing high waves due to Tropical Storm Debby

Tropical Storm Debby is lashing Florida's West Coast with torrential rainfall, high winds and some storm surge as it moves northward in the Gulf.
Far-outer rainbands have spread across the state as the center of the storm entered the southeastern Gulf of Mexico. Weather conditions are expected to worsen throughout the day on Sunday.
