Yeah I got the Coleman XCursion and you're right, it really goes crazy with the temps on high. Like way up over 800 degrees. That was one test, I'm going to do others and see if I can dial in about 400 because the dial does turn quite a bit so low and slow might be possible. My fear is that it's REALLY hard to see the flames so I'm worried the wind might blow it out. Have you ever tried cooking the steaks on the normal cooking surface, not on a cast iron griddle? If so, how did that go?

Lid unlocks and all grates fall out when stand up vertically or dragging around, did weber fixed this issue yet with this grill?
