- One of the guitars I use quite often is the Godin Montreal Mahogany which is an older model. The current Montreal doesn't have the acoustic pickup in it. The electric semi hollow body with acoustic pickup in it most recently was the LGX which is also out of production. So used is how I bought my Montreal.
Godin is a Canadian maker of guitars and also produces quite a few guitars such as the Seagull, Simon and Patrick, Art of Luthier, Norman guitars. Godin branded guitars tend to be the more expensive line.
I love that this one is easy to play, has a wonderful neck similar to my Fender Strat and Gibson 60's thin necks, fantastic action, locking tuners, two splittable humbuckers and a Fischman acoustic pickup system for lots of tonal options.

The acustic pickup combined in this body is the best acustic sound of an electric hybrid I have ever heard from my research of electro-acustic slim body guitars. Thanks for video
I'd agree, it's a wonderfully full sound. Thanks for watching
Great review! I love this guitar too, I made my own review of it as well, certainly is one of my top 3 electric guitars!
Thank you Enso, will check out your channel
how much would you sells yours for ? Got mine for 12 hundred... i'd never sell it under 2k for sure
Thanks for watching - and I hear you about its value
Question - Did the Godin A6 have a better acoustic sound or are they similar?
Great question - the A6 was a LOT lighter. The acoustic sound was close enough I didn’t really notice other than there being some natural acoustic resonance in the A6. However the electric sound of the A6 wasn’t nearly as nice which is why I traded the A6 back in. Thanks for watching.
is this the Montreal Natural HG 025510? if not how close is it to the one im thinking it may be.
Yes I do believe that would be the same guitar based on what came up with a quick search.
