Thank you for making this. I have this deck, and this was extremely insightful. I wouldn't have bought it knowing this, not because it's a bad deck, but because this would always be in the back of my mind. But now that I already have it, I feel it's my responsibility to find my own way to connect with these 2 cards in a way that doesn't perpetuate the original ignorance of the creators.

I appreciate this video and your concerns about what I can only hope is a lack of research about the meaning of the cards by current creators.
Something that has been on my radar as well, and that I haven’t seen talked about is the flood of marketing of tarot towards children, labeling it as a ‘kids card game.’ I’m concerned about the imagery being used in these decks, as well as the meanings of tarot being completely obliterated over time by people who have no respect for the history and structure of tarot.

I agree. It isn't that hard to Google stuff before you decide to use it in the card imagery. I hope the deck creators can do better. Thanks for your support. 🙏🏼
