I don't prefer to fry because Paneer is protein and you fry and make it rubbery but when fried and soaked in water and used in Palak Paneer it is super tasty..

I tries it . I felt it was too spicy, maybe chilled should be only ½ tbsp. Also I have a vitamix which grinds everything. The flavour of the khara masalas was very strong so should I remove the char masalas before grinding.

Black cardamom has a sharper taste and that is why only one and the quantity does not over power the spice and flavour
