I played mamagoose's game called "Tattletail racing" and if you won a race you got the racing/car egg which gives lightning macqueen (Edit: im not sure if you can still play the game but its in mamagoose's favourites)
Normally chrome eggs spawn if mamagoose (the creator of the game) join a server or if you go to the shop on the main menu you can spawn the chrome eggs for 120 eggs (i recommend spawnimg it in a private server and it always spawns in the fridge)
you need to get the basic egg, chrome red and blue eggs, the mike egg, the neon blue egg, the red egg, the confetii egg and the orange egg then touch the golden egg statue in mama's room
