I would like to change TDS from “Bad” to “Good” tier, even IF their event wasnt for The Haunt, it was still a great event. But the rest of the rankings stay the same.

23:50 piggy actually stopped with the "granny" things in the end of chapter 12, book 2 was a more original thing, i recommend you played book 2 if you didn’t

Book 2 is kinda in the middle of the new piggy formula and the granny formula, the other closest chapter to decay is breakout, another chapter I think that is great, decay’s a little better but still
I like how it went from a granny meme to an actual game lol
it's even more inpressiv when you find out pressure made the event in only 40 days
Good thing a person who literally just roasted piggy in the start actually enjoyed the haunt chapter. Unlike the communities.
As a Piggy fan, I can say a couple things about the Decay map.
It wasn't even meant for The Haunt, but was decided to be Piggy's integration for the event. This was confirmed in a livestream where MiniToon and his girlfriend were playing some Roblox horror games.
And it's also seen because there was no direct reference to Halloween at all. Just a really fun looking horror experience.
I mean, but I'd also agree Pressure and Toilet Tower Defense are definitely worthy of their titles of best and worst in The Haunt.
(I'm editing this because I just thought of it now, Like Tower Defense Simulator, there was also the avatar editor in the lobby for the map)
For the first time, Piggy actually made me somewhat scared, with the first and second chases being somewhat intense and the sounds horrifying when I first heard them. Really shows how far a game can come.

@@RainbowDevZ dayum well... I guess that means I'm a scaredy cat cause I genuinely screamed when I saw the piggy in there (which i forgot the name of) I also got a tiny bit scared of the 2nd half of the hunt event chapter but that was because I opened the door and the piggy was right there

I dont think you get thay roblox did not tell any of the devs that it was just a costume contest until 1 day before it released which is why most games have normal halloween events, its the same reason that pressure apologized for the raveyard being short since thye thought that the haunt would be a event like the games and the hunt
Calling blair lazy when they added 2 new maps, new ghost, new tool, and more for halloween is wild
I hate to break it to everyone but the mimic Halloween event mode is actually a revamped version of the original Halloween event mode. It was in the game before the haunt/update and when the haunt released the mode got revamped. I’m pretty sure they revamped the mode for the haunt though.
Also thanks for changing tds to good tier. I really enjoy the game.
yeah i noticed that as well, ive played the original, they definitely revamped it very well, but they left some of the old designs in the game such as the key crates, etc, which were left untouched and out of place, but they added 2 new levels to it which definitely are the highlight, their first level was still mediocre (which was in the original Halloween Trials)
I know it’s a revamp for Halloween trials (since I am a huge fan of it) but I didn’t expect them to add it in the event. It’s still a good game tho
Just so you know, the candy collecting in slap battles isnt everything new, they also added the poltergeist glove which is really cool, you obtain it by beating a multi wave survive the zombies type game.
honestly I feel like saying that dragon advertures added nothing is a little unfair since they added quite a lot of stuff, but they just thought that it was gonna be like the other events and they'll just add missions. IN terms of content they defo added a lot more than doors for example

If it wasnt for “dress up and take a picture” ah event, tds wouldve demolished your tier list cos they lined up everything based on the past roblox event formulas.
Well it’s completely subjective, I still wouldve put Pressure higher, more entertaining imo

31:10 slap battles actually did add a cool zombie cod inspired mini-mode for a new glove, if you go to the default island then do the obby and wait for the timer to end you will be teleported to it.
The timer is 10 fucking minutes and the gamemode is also very unfair
Slap battles had the same problem as tds in that there cool Halloween updates came out before the haunt so their not a part of the event
The hunt was not a game event it was an ugc event, so if the event has no effort the games in the event will match the effort
Kinda true, but most game devs still put IN the effort to still make a unique experience for The Haunt, and I still think they shouldve. If none of the games put any effort or nothing at all, then I think this event wouldve been shamed even more. I think they were still obligated to add something new, just some game devs put MORE effort into their events than others, which I do respect. BUT still regardless, it's a limited time event, all devs shouldve done more, especially with the time given to prepare for this event. But yeah, the overall mechanic & main objective of The Haunt, definitely doesn't benefit these games 1 bit, but at that point, why even include any of these games in the first place.
If you were a piggy fan the chapter would feel much better to you tbh
I think that u should play more of the TDS Halloween. Because they add 3 new games modes and made them an easy mode for that the new(who come from the Haunt) and the old player can enjoy this event. And the fact that u use the Corso pov whiteout giving I’m any credit made me think that u didn’t even try the mode and just look at the lobby and the description.

I did play the Hexscape event, i just didn't bother to record it, I wouldve used my gameplay but obv I didnt have any, regardless, I dont need to give credit because this video isn't even monetized and isn't focused on ONLY TDS gameplay, it was just a small snippet. I played the Hexscape before ROBLOX The Haunt, so it was moreso disappoint, that I was expecting something specifically for the Haunt rather than an unrelated update.. only other game that made an update prior to the Haunt that was STILL indicated that it was FOR the Haunt was Pressure. Rather TDS never indicated that their event was FOR the Haunt, as it was being teased way before, PLUS in their game's description it practically indicates that it was entirely separate, but if I was proven otherwise that the Hexscape was just released prior-similar to Pressure, and it WAS made for The Haunt, then I'd definitely change my rating from "Bad" to "Good" because the Hexscape event from the first level I played (Ik theres more now) is definitely good.

I was playing pressure haunt event upd half way and realised it’s not a new chapter but a upd just for Halloween and I was impressed asf I genuinely thought it’s a new chapter or something pressure devs put to much effort 😭

What about poltergeist? They added a whole minigame for it(although it was not that good)
So, I'm an Adopt Me player, and in my opinion, I don't think they added anything special for The Haunt, and It's just a normal halloween event. There were some new things this year, like every year, but nothing seems specially made for The Haunt. So much so that compared to other years, this year we only had 2 minigames, and one of them (Cricket Tile Hop) is reused from last year.
If tds would have done the event for the huant btw some admins from the game addressed this a couple weeks back that the problem is that they are not allowed to post leaks of the event if it’s for the huant, and QA testers can’t make sure if there is any bugs because Roblox doesn’t allow them to test the update making for a very buggy update.

Its a great game they just literally didnt add anything to the game sadly, I like the game, so I was definitely disappointed that they didnt do anything for the event

@@YTPturkey they released the Hexscape event before The Haunt released, so assuming that was separate since they didnt wait for The Haunt to drop, and in their bio it does indicate that it wasn't meant for the haunt, only thing they said about The Haunt was this; "Use the new 'Try On' feature in TDS and take the spookiest photos for The Haunt's costume contest", not shaming them for not adding anything HUGE or anything at all for The Haunt, since the whole mechanic of The Haunt doesn't require the game devs to really add anything other than the "Try On" feature for the costume contest shiz

@@bruhaverage Pressure indicated that they made their event for The Haunt however, and yes Pressure's event was made prior, 2 days before the event, (so not THAT early) but I did take that into consideration but later learned that it WAS meant specifically for The Haunt and was just released a couple days earlier. Rather, TDS was never indicated that the Hexscape event was particularly made for The Haunt, along with most games on here that already had a Halloween event created prior to The Haunt. But, if I learned otherwise that Hexscape was made for The Haunt, I would've bumped it up to "Good" I was just disappointed because I played TDS' Hexscape before The Haunt released.
Its telling that the one of the most rushed games for the haunt is the best, im not knocking the raveyard, its fun and all, but even the devs have admitted that its rushed
yeah thats sayin something if Pressure still managed to make the best, just the whole graphics, the way it plays, soundtrack, flow, entertainment and enjoyment is just far better than the rest, at least imo. But I think that's probably a popular opinion, because most games in this event didn't come close to how well made Pressure's event was

I agree with everything but one game Pet simulator 99 the haunt event for it was basically the Christmas event in pet simulator x except if I remember correctly you didn’t have to do quests to unlock each area (correct me if I’m wrong about that) so I would put it in bad or worst but toilet tower defence and the dragon game both deserve worst more than it

you know slap battles has all the past events they did as well as a new event with a new glove as the past gloves were limited, it is a way to collect past events gloves if you havent with new content >:(

@@JustanormalSandwich this isn't about the game's events, rather their participation & what they did for The Haunt, like I said in the video, they didnt ADD anything for The Haunt event, I played their new Hexscape event BEFORE The Haunt released, which means that was released prior, and was separate from The Haunt & has nothing to do with The Haunt's event
